Ollie grew up in Lahinch, Co. Clare. He is best remembered for surfing a 60ft-er wave at Mullaghmore that earned him a nomination in the 2012 Billabong XXL Biggest Wave final. He is also a 2-time Irish longboard surf champion (2016 & 17).
