A former Telstra and Yahoo!7 executive has been appointed chief marketing officer of cloud-networking company Ase It.
David McGrath’s role at Ase It is to broaden the company’s partnerships and market the business better, particularly around media innovation and distribution.McGrath comes across from UK based interactive video start up Viap where he was responsible for innovating and commercialising high quality digital content.
Andrew Sjoquist, Ase It founder and CEO said of McGrath’s appointment: “We are delighted to welcome David McGrath to the Ase It team to help drive Sales, Marketing and Partnerships. His appointment is an important part of our Australian growth strategy and further expansion into the Asia Pacific region.”
McGrath said: “With infrastructure in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and the USA, Ase It is perfectly positioned to help companies adapt to changing business conditions, by providing flexible and innovative It solutions.”
Ase It boasts more than 150 clients including Apple.
