Among other things, a 50-page opinion by associate justice Jeffrey Johnson discusses the intersection between racial harassment and speech, examines whether "nigga" is a epithet when spoken by a black man, and not last nor least, addresses a celebrity's Twitter following while determining that a single tweet can make transformative use of someone else's identity.
Haunted House 2 starred Marlon Wayans, and in a very minor role, Pierre Daniel.

Police killed the suspect, who has now been identified as Jeffrey Johnson; at least nine others were wounded today in the chaotic scene near the Empire State Building. Celebs have taken to Twitter to express their support for the people of NYC, with some calling for stricter gun-control laws in the wake of the tragedy: Piers Morgan: "Empire State shooting terrible, but 19 people were shot in Chicago last night, 13 in 30 minutes. At least 10 people have been shot in a NYC shooting in front of the Empire State Building on Friday, August 24, CNN reports. So far, two people -- including the gunman, a former fashion industry worker -- were reportedly killed. Jeffrey Johnson, was a women’s accessory designer for six years at Hazan Imports until the company downsized a year ago. Jeffrey, 56, disgruntled over being fired, shot a 41-year-old former co-worker three times at close range with a .45 caliber handgun, officials told the Chicago Tribune. Monthly Movie Preview – April 2010
April is a delicate time of year for the movie industry. The skies are returning to their beautiful shades of blue, the grass is getting green again. Everyone’s thoughts are turning to the summer so studios have to start bringing out their A game to keep audiences interested. Yet they don’t want to peak too soon before they head into blockbuster season. Therefore, April is the perfect time for the action movie, both the more understated ones, such as this month’s The Losers (although understated action movie sounds like an oxymoron) as well as some of the bigger budget ones that may not have the special effects or star power to graduate to the big leagues of the summer blockbuster.
