According to Brandon Nelson, he was single going into The Challenge: All Stars 4 and left the show just as single.
The spinoff show features MTV OGs competing for Stars and ultimately a cash prize by winning the final.
However, sometimes showmances and hookups occur, such as Alton Williams and Jisela Delgado on All Stars 1 or Jordan Wiseley and Nia Moore on All Stars 3.
With All Stars 4, the showmance focus has been on exes Nicole Zanatta and Laurel Stucky, potentially rekindling their romantic relationship.
There’s also the engaged power couple Leroy Garrett and Kam Williams, but beyond that, showmances haven’t appeared much in the episodes.

Ryan Kehoe is ready to share his truth. In this exclusive sneak peek at Wednesday’s new episode (embedded) of The Challenge: All Stars, the longtime show alum reveals that he has reached a major milestone in his sobriety. In the clip, Kehoe has a very personal discussion with Adam Larson about how life has changed since either of them were in their twenties, with both agreeing that they only “thought” they were “fun” at that age. “I knew everything,” Larson says. “That was probably the most annoying part of myself.” After Kehoe told him, “I like this version of you,” he goes on to explain, “Today is eight months for me. I didn’t think eight months ago when I checked myself into detox that I’d be in South Africa competing for a quarter of a million dollars.” In a subsequent confessional, Kehoe offers audiences even more details about his journey to sobriety,...

For those who remember, the game show Press Your Luck relied a lot on good timing. In a very roulette-like manner, contestants would watch squares on a board randomly be highlighted until they prompt it to stop in order to get the prize it halted on. An amazing episode in 1984 would have a contestant endlessly receiving good luck as he won big money every time he called, “Stop!” His fortune would be called into question as he would get accused of cheating on the show. Deadline has now shared the first look at Press Your Luck — a movie that will depict the events of that episode and all the controversy surrounding it, starring Paul Walter Hauser as the fateful contestant.
The synopsis, according to Deadline, reads,
“Set in 1984, the film follows Ohio resident Michael Larson, who steps on to the set of game show Press Your Luck harboring a secret:...

Paul Walter Hauser has added another project to a packed upcoming slate.
The Emmy and Golden Globe winner, who in the last few weeks alone has been tapped to play Chris Farley in Josh Gad’s biopic and has joined the cast of both “Fantastic Four” and the “Naked Gun” reboot, is to lead “Press Your Luck,” a drama-thriller based on the true story of Michael Larson. Protagonist Pictures has unveiled the drama-thriller — from Plenty Good in co-production with Fabula — alongside a first look image and will handle international sales, while CAA Media Finance represents North American rights.

Since its creation in 1985, the City Hunter manga has spawned multiple adaptations, from TV anime to live-action movies. Tsukasa Hojo’s manga is a timeless tale of a character who wants to do good in a world full of bad without getting sucked into violence or vengeance. The Story is Simple Ryo Saeba loves women but can be perceived as harassing in some ways. He says he accepts any mission as long as his heart is moved (or as long as the client is a beautiful woman), but what makes the character so simple to understand is that he deeply cares. Behind his pervy looks, he always does the right thing. His backstory is neither the funniest nor the prettiest; he lived to kill, and yet he chose to become a Pi to maintain some justice in the dark alleys of Shinjuku. The 80s were a time when country music and a type of hero born of the good ol boy class that came into his own. This could be seen in shows like The Dukes of Hazzard, Bj and The Bear, as well as movies like Any Which Way But Loose and Smokey and the Bandit. They were a time of what would be considered fun action films and TV. Again, this was personified in shows where usually no one got seriously hurt, like The A-Team. The bad guys went to the same shooting school as your friendly neighborhood Stormtroopers. But, one TV show that would personify this “nobody better get hurt” adventure series was The Fall Guy.

Marvel fans have been eagerly awaiting more female-led superhero flicks to highlight the powerful women of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a world where male superheroes predominate. However, recent reports have suggested that the future of such projects could very well be at risk, making fans frustrated and disappointed.
Teyonah Parris’ character Monica Rambeau would have had her own solo MCU series if Brie Larson’s The Marvels had not been met with such dismal critical reception. Although Monica Rambeau made a fleeting appearance in Nia DaCosta’s The Marvels (2023), the character made her official debut in Disney+’s WandaVision.

The Breakthrough Prize Ceremony, also known as “the Oscars of Science,” is an awards show unlike any other.
Founded and funded by Silicon Valley titan Yuri Milner and his artist wife Julia Milner, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, 23andMe co-founder Anne Wojcicki, and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative co-founder Priscilla Chan, the Breakthrough Prize recognizes “scientists changing the world” with award statuettes and sizable cash prizes. And on Saturday night, at the ceremony’s 10th edition — the second in a row held on the roof of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, with the Hollywood Hills glistening in the background — presenters, performers and audience members included a collection of A-listers that could give the Oscars a run for their money.
One could turn left and spot Bill Gates and Robert Downey Jr. sitting at the same table, or right and find tablemates Bradley Cooper and Rupert Murdoch schmoozing.

From Disney darling to Academy Award winner, Brie Larson has carved a unique path in Hollywood. At just 30 years old, she has already acted in various movies, from small independent ones to big blockbusters. She even tried her hand at directing, with projects such as The Arm (2012), Weighting (2013), Unicorn Store (2017), The Dew Project (2021).
Her latest movie is The Marvels, in which she played Captain Marvel again. However, it didn’t perform well, partly due to criticism from fans who disliked the story or the villain. Negative reviews further compounded the issue, and there were problems with promoting the movie because of actor strikes.

Having overall success throughout her Marvel career, Brie Larson came up with The Marvels in 2023, in an attempt to replicate the incredible success of Captain Marvel’s first solo outing. The Marvels starring Brie Larson, Iman Vellani, and Teyonah Parris, was a massive disappointment at the box office. The highly anticipated film that was touted to be the embodiment of feminine power, ended up being a damp squib with fans and critics brutally panning the narrative. This was an unfortunate result after the first film achieved success at the box office.

With the dubious distinction of having the lowest opening weekend of any MCU film, the desire to develop another Captain Marvel film with Larson was recently dashed to the ground following information from an inside source. Fans of the franchise believed that this decision was brought on by the hate targeted towards the Captain Marvel films by hardcore male fans who were unable to accept a kickass female superhero.

Hollywood’s biggest names have been looking their best with their fashion choices throughout this awards season. The actors at the 2024 SAG Awards definitely exemplified how they have lit up red carpets in spectacular fashion. Some amazing outfits were on display, such as Margot Robbie’s black & pink ensemble. However, Brie Larson was the one who truly stole the show.
When the Captain Marvel actress arrived at the event wearing a flowing peach dress that flaunted her toned abs, even other leading ladies in the industry were in awe of her jaw-dropping ensemble. Although her appearance was impressive, we were particularly intrigued by the remarks left by her fellow stars.

On November 10, 2023, ‘The Marvels’ hit theaters, and despite predictions of low box office numbers and mixed reviews, nobody anticipated just how poorly it would perform, breaking some unfortunate records as the lowest-grossing Marvel Studios movie to date.
A mix of factors contributed to its lackluster reception. Reviews were divided, with critics and fans alike unable to agree on whether the movie was any good. Many fans pointed fingers at superhero fatigue and a perceived decline in the quality of MCU storytelling.
In an unusual move, even Disney CEO Bob Iger acknowledged the movie’s failure, admitting the studio needed to prioritize quality over quantity. Following this, it was announced that only ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ would see release in 2024, in hopes of reigniting interest in the franchise.

On November 10, 2023 ‘The Marvels’ was released, and despite the prognosis for the movie being generally unfavorable, expecting low box office and mixed reviews no one could have prepared us that the movie would shatter some pretty infamous records. Being the lowest-grossing Marvel Studios movie of all time up to this point.
Various combinations of factors affected the success of the movie. The reception was mostly mixed, meaning that even among the critics, the view on whether the movie was good or not in the first place was vastly polarizing. Many fans outright stated that the effects of superhero fatigue are to blame and the fact that writing quality has decreased severely from MCU’s golden days. In an unprecedented decision, even Iger commented on the bomb of the century admitting that the studio needs to focus more on quality over quantity, and soon after that stemented it was revealed that...

Brie Larson has been playing video games for as long as she can remember.
The actress and Nintendo aficionado was on hand in New York City last week to discuss the video game company’s newest Princess Peach-focused game, Princess Peach: Showtime!
The game sees the heroine fight villainess Grape as she tries to take over a theater and make every play end tragically. In order to save the day, Peach must enter each play to change the endings back, transforming into different versions of herself along the way, including a pastry chef, ninja, cowgirl, swordfighter, mermaid and ice skater.
“It’s great to join her in her journey,” Larson tells The Hollywood Reporter of the game. “I’ve just loved her my whole life, so to see her have this stand-alone game and not just that but to have all these different facets and different characters and her own gameplay is just a thrill.

The premise of "Captain Marvel" was borne out of unique, if limiting, circumstances. The film was the 21st entry in Marvel's Cinematic Universe, and the first to put a female hero center stage. Perhaps more than any MCU film that'd preceded it, "Captain Marvel" had a complicated brief to adhere to. It was introducing one of the most prolific heroes in Marvel history at a veritable late point in the franchise, just before "Avengers: Endgame" brought about the end of the Infinity Saga. "Captain Marvel" also needed to establish the title heroine as someone with a history, all while avoiding a decades' worth of continuity concerns.

“The film ‘The Marvels’ marked the latest addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) franchise, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a box office disappointment for both Marvel Studios and Disney. While audiences appreciated the chemistry among the main trio of Larson, Parris, and Vellani, the movie faced significant criticism in other areas.
One of the primary points of contention was the portrayal of the main villain, Dar-Benn, played by Zawe Ashton. Although Ashton delivered an impressive performance, the character of Dar-Benn lacked depth, and her motivations for the actions she took remained unclear. Fans were particularly frustrated by the fact that Dar-Benn, armed only with the Quantum Band, appeared to overpower Captain Marvel—a superhero known for her immense strength within the MCU.

‘The Marvels’ was the latest installment in the MCU franchise and the latest box office flop for Marvel Studios and Disney. The movie was praised for the chemistry between the main trio of Larson, Parris, and Vellani, but pretty much every other aspect of the movie was criticized namely the story and the main villain – Dar-Benn played by Zawe Ashton.
It’s not that Zawe didn’t deliver a phenomenal performance, it’s that her character wasn’t really fleshed out and it had dubious motivations for the goals she was trying to achieve. The fans were also infuriated that Dar-Benn seemingly managed to toss Captain Marvel around with nothing but Quantum Band at her disposal, and we do know that Captain Marvel is one of the most powerful superheroes in the MCU.

Ryan Gosling’s stuntman-bounty hunter in “The Fall Guy” is apparently a Swiftie.
Universal released a Super Bowl ad on Sunday for David Leitch’s thriller, which features multiple action sequences, aliens and space cowboys. In one scene, Gosling cries in his car while listening to Taylor Swift’s song “All Too Well.”
“Have you been crying to Taylor Swift?” Emily Blunt asks Gosling in the trailer.
“Doesn’t everybody?” Gosling replies.
The scene in the Super Bowl ad most likely alludes to the NFL’s coverage of the pop star during the 2023 season. Swift has attended multiple NFL games to cheer on her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. The pop star’s arrival at the 2024 Super Bowl today dominated pregame coverage on CBS Sports’ NFL, even hours before kickoff.

Do you remember the show "Raising Dad"? The 2001-2002 single-season series from The WB grabbed my attention because it was another show starring "Full House" star Bob Saget, but would also serve as the gateway to two actors who would become all-time favorites of mine: Kat Dennings and Brie Larson. When it was announced that the latter was going to appear in "Fast X," I couldn't resist bringing up her history of playing a hot rodder in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Right on Track," and I'm always elated when people realize that Larson is one of the members of the Six Chicks clique in "13 Going on 30" and one of the popular girls in "Sleepover."

FX’s “Fargo” is facing some tough competition at the Golden Globes this year in the form of Netflix’s “Beef.” Noah Hawley‘s anthology limited series follows a different cast and storyline every season with the latest installment, the fifth season, featuring the likes of Jon Hamm, Juno Temple, and Jennifer Jason Leigh. This story follows a kidnapping gone wrong that leads to implications for many.
This season has fared well, garnering three Golden Globe nominations: Best Limited Series/TV Movie, Best Limited Series/TV Movie Actor for Hamm, and Best Limited Series/TV Movie Actress for Temple. These two acting bids add to the Golden Globes history of “Fargo,” which has often done well in snagging nominations for its cast. Here’s the breakdown.
The first season saw Billy Bob Thornton win Best Limited Series/TV Movie in 2015 while co-star Martin Freeman was also nominated in the same category.

I love cartoons. Specifically cartoon series from the 80’s and 90’s. Whenever someone asks me what my favorite childhood cartoon is, I always say there are two. The first is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the second is Darkwing Duck. I was the biggest fan of the masked mallard, and who wouldn’t be? He was brave, smart, egotistical, and accident-prone but would persevere against evil. He had a killer costume and cool equipment to fight bad guys. He had an awesome rogue’s gallery that was a bit of a joke but also surprisingly formidable. The cartoon was also not afraid to show its love for classic superhero comics at a time when the general public didn’t understand it. It even broke through the Iron Curtain at the height of the Cold War. But does this cartoon from the early 90’s still hold up? Is it a silly...

In 2023, crossovers and multiverses of madness are all the rage in the arts and media, the IP machine grafting other pieces onto itself in an ever-expanding effort to pull in mass audiences. Yet the initial creative impulse at the core of crossovers — "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if X met Y?" — goes much further back into history than the beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Due to pesky issues like copyright law and the like, most crossovers in films prior to the MCU tended to be either "wink-wink" references or cameo appearances. Television was another matter, however; thanks to so many popular shows airing on a single network, many characters from sitcoms, dramas, and other series turned up for an episode or two on a sister show. This happened often enough that, beginning in the 1980s, the bizarre phenomenon known as the "Tommy Westphall Universe" inadvertently began (look it up).

Andrew Garfield spoke to an audience rich in Spider-Man fans about his career at the Red Sea Film Festival Thursday, sitting alongside Saudi producer and Red Sea Film Foundation CEO Mohammed Al Turki. The two have known each other since Garfield starred in Ramin Bahrani’s 2014 drama “99 Homes,” which Al Turki produced. “I’m currently out of work,” Garfield quipped. “So I’m just here to talk to Mo really.”
“I’m 40 years old now and I still get absolutely petrified,” Garfield said. “I have terrible impostor syndrome. I didn’t know it was a viable option to be an actor. I loved being an athlete. I hated school. I wasn’t strong enough to be a rugby player. It was my mother who suggested I look at doing something creative.”

In a new uInterview, chef Courtney McBroom spoke about what it was like to work as a cooking consultant and with her friend Brie Larson on the Apple TV+ series, Lessons with Chemistry.
Throughout the creation of the series, McBroom worked as a food consultant in collaboration with the director, writers, producers and Larson to make sure that the food was ready to go on screen.
“We wanted it to pop off the screen and how we wanted it to facilitate the story of Elizabeth Zott because it’s kind of its own character on the show, all of the food. It’s a very important line throughout the whole series,” McBroom explained.
She described that although she had a lot of fun on set, the most time-consuming part was making lasagna, as it comes up multiple times throughout the storyline.
“Lasagna happens throughout the whole series and so I was just constantly making lasagna,...

The season finale of “Lessons in Chemistry” dropped over the Thanksgiving holiday, and the show’s three central female characters — Elizabeth Zott (Brie Larson), Harriett Sloane (Aja Naomi King) and Avery Parker (guest star Rosemarie DeWitt) — ended up in places very different from Bonnie Garmus’ best-selling novel on which the show is based.
Harriet’s legal battle to prevent the construction of a freeway through her neighborhood ends on a less than triumphant note. Instead of returning to Hastings Lab as Garmus’ Zott does in the book, Larson’s Elizabeth finds her niche teaching chemistry while on her way to finally completing her doctorate in chemistry. The arrival of DeWitt’s character signals the theme of found family, which in Elizabeth’s case, truly did happen through the collision of atoms.
