The half-hour History series stars Mark Muller and his brother and business partner, radio host Eric “Mancow” Muller, as they run their throwback auto dealership Max Motors in rural Butler, Mo. They make car deals the old-fashioned way in the heartland, fueled by a larger-than-life personality and turbo-charged attitude — they’ve been known to blow up cars and stage a fake UFO landing to drive sale, but Mark is just as likely to cut a break for a cash-poor farmer in need of a car. Gods, Guns & Automobiles is produced by Zone 3, with Michael Kronish, Isabelle Anouk Bourduas and Michel Bissonnette executive producers and Austin Reading showrunner. Tim Healy is exec producing for History.

Toronto -- Incendo Media has pacted with fellow Canadian TV producer Zone3 to create a show for broadcasters in English-speaking Canada.
The move follows Zone3, a major French-language Quebec TV producer, launching an English-language production arm led by executive producers Isabelle-Anouk Bourduas and Michael Kronish, and Incendo Media hiring former Lifetime executive Libby Beers to launch the Canadian TV movie producer into the one-hour drama business, via a Los Angeles office.
Montreal-based Incendo is also Canada's largest TV distribution company, thanks to a joint venture with Twentieth Century Fox -- Fox/Incendo Television Distribution.
And the Canadian distributor last week became the Quebec theatrical distributor for Paramount Pictures, taking over from Robert Montplaisir after his retirement at the end of 2009.
