Chicago Fire has been a roller coaster for the last few weeks, up and down and stomping on our heartstrings. Chicago Fire Season 5 Episode 11 starts out as a way for both the characters and audience to decompress from that - and then promptly goes nuts again because it can.
The major thrust of the episode is Casey and Dawson trying to resume their lives after losing Louie to his biological father Andre. Both of them take it badly but they express their grief in two totally different ways.
Casey gets the anger side of the equation, snapping at everyone else around him and turning into the world's biggest neat freak when Herrmann thinks there's a rat in Firehouse 51. Seriously, Niecy Nash would be proud of how much cleaning he makes everyone else do. After she gave him a talking-to about his attitude.
Hey, Lieutenant, is there something you want to get off your chest?...

Nicole Walker has been one of my favorite characters since she tried being a church secretary for Eric.
The Nicole I knew then was smart, confident, and willing to be devious for a good cause.
She loved Eric but wasn't afraid to stand up to him when he left her in limbo because the church wouldn't sanction their marriage.
She kept Jj's secret about the night Theresa overdosed but expressed her concerns to Daniel.
She ignored Daniel's attempt to protect her and helped fight off a drug dealer he'd decided to confront, then blackmailed the dealer into leaving town.
That Nicole is long gone, and instead we have this weak woman who loves Deimos for no apparent reason and is willing to beg both him and Brady for permission to visit Chloe in the hospital.

Weddings used to be the most exciting, romantic part of Days of Our Lives.
Remember when Kayla got her voice back just in time to say her vows to Steve or when Jack dressed as a fireman to literally sweep Jennifer off her feet and take her to her wedding?
Bo and Hope had a destination wedding and almost the whole town celebrated Will and Sonny's, which also happened to be the first male-male wedding on daytime.
But if the lead-up to Lucas and Adrienne's wedding is the new standard, big soap weddings are a thing of the past along with supercouples and real romance. After a ho-hum lead-in to the world's smallest wedding, so far the most exciting thing was Joey deciding this was the right time to inform his father that his girlfriend is pregnant.
It might have helped if any of Lucas and Adrienne's romance was on-screen.

DListed.com found photos of Gwyneth Paltrow wearing what looks to be "Mom Jeans" while out and about yesterday. Michael K of DListed writes: "During this holiday break-of-sorts, I’ve eaten 3 boxes of See’s Candies (Chews Only, thankyouverymuch), a box of Godiva candies, half of a Honey Baked ham, a few cases of wine, several loaves of bread, a couple of bottles of Andre, I-don’t-know-how-many bottles of beer, a few hundred pounds of tortilla chips and a few dozen pounds of cheese ...so those drawstring jeans are looking good to me." The stylish actress is known to blog and champion high fashion looks which makes what she wears in real life all the more newsworthy. Her lifestyle website,...

WWE asked for and got fan input to determine the content of “The 25 Greatest Rivalries” Blu-ray and DVD, and, unlike the weekly Twitter/WWE App votes on Raw which most of us net fans suspect are rigged, fan input clearly shows in the final cut. Granted there are classic feuds I personally wish had made the cut, but as a wrestling fan since I was 10, I’m overall very happy and legitimately surprised by not only the feuds that Do appear, but the order they’re in.
A couple years ago when the ‘E released their “50 Greatest Superstars Of All Time” DVD, a lot of us fans in the Iwc, (Internet Wrestling Community for the uninitiated), accused the doc of being blatantly skewed to stars who were either currently with the E, or had predominantly been mostly with the E, throwing in a few token guys who weren’t really WWE guys.

It's a wrap! The Martin Gropius Bau is empty and the final pickups follow. This is a work in progress and readers are invited and welcome to contribute. Presales have returned in reaction to the reduced number of finished films on offer over the past two markets. Presales applies across the board from Us to French and even Italian films. English language films are increasingly coming out of the major non English language territories but local product is impacting sales on Us films internationally. Business was quickly wrapped up but it was done with a healthy number of buys reported. Lower prices have become accepted but the market must have product as this event proved.
