Mike Bossy, a prolific goal scorer and key member of the New York Islanders teams that won four straight Stanley Cup titles in the early 1980s, has died at age 65.

"Entourage" star Kevin Connolly has been left devastated by the death of his beloved dog. The actor's mixed-breed pooch, Bossy, suffered a fatal stroke in early August while Connolly was on vacation in Mexico.
The pet's loss was even more poignant for Connolly because Bossy had provided some much-needed companionship when his mother Eileen died from cancer in 2009, reports the National Enquirer. A close pal tells the tabloid, "Kevin is absolutely devastated. Bossy was his best friend and helped him get through his mother's death last year."
"He was in Cabo San Lucas when a friend called with the bad news. Kevin immediately canceled the rest of his trip and flew back to Los Angeles... He's taking Bossy's death so hard. He just can't seem to come to terms with it."
Connolly adopted his furry friend from a shelter and named the dog after his childhood ice hockey hero Mike Bossy.
