Sasha Pieterse (Pretty Little Liars), Parker Young (Imposters), Nestor Carbonell (The Dark Knight Rises), and Academy Award® winner Mira Sorvino (Mighty Aphrodite) star in this twisted tale of deception and desire based on the bestselling thriller by Adele Parks. Identical twins Anna and Zoe find their bond tested over Anna's new love, Nick. While the trusting Anna is head over heels, her skeptical sister Zoe senses a web of deceit. But as Zoe digs for the truth, they're all pulled into a dangerous game where honesty could prove fatal. I'm doing this one for Josh. Normally, I'd give erotic thrillers a miss, because, erotic thrillers. However, after watching the trailer for Image of You I'm almost convinced that this is something that Josh would be...

"What has Anna told you about her past?" Paramount Movies has revealed an official trailer for a romantic comedy thriller titled The Image of You, from filmmaker Jeff Fisher. Arriving to watch in theaters and on VOD directly this May - from director who mostly works in TV and directs cheesy romantic TV movies. The film is about identical twins Anna and Zoe - both played by Sasha Pieterse. It's based on the book of the same name and that description sums it up nicely: Anna and Zoe are twins. Identical in appearance, utterly different in personality, they share a bond so close that nothing – or no one – can rip them apart. Until Anna meets charismatic Nick. Anna is trusting, romantic & hopeful; she thinks Nick is perfect. Zoe is daring, dangerous & extreme; she thinks Nick is a liar. Zoe has seen Anna betrayed by men before. She'll stop at nothing...

Pretty Little Liars, the soapy teen drama based on the books by Sara Shepard, captivated audiences for seven seasons. The cliquey friend group found themselves being harassed by an anonymous “A” after the disappearance of their leader, snarky Alison Dilaurentis (Sasha Pieterse). But here was something the actor wished had disappeared with her character.
In ‘Pretty Little Liars,’ Sasha Pieterse loathed her character’s yellow ruffled tank top

Throughout the first few seasons of Pretty Little Liars, most of Sasha Pieterse’s appearances on the show were flashbacks from the night Alison disappeared. Because of that, she’s usually seen wearing the same piece of clothing — a ruffly yellow tank top.

These days, Pretty Little Liars is a media franchise, consisting of several spinoffs and a reboot. However, long before there was an empire of shows and productions under the Pll umbrella, there was the original TV series. The one that started it all ran from 2010 through 2017, earning millions of fans who tuned in on a regular basis to keep up with the latest twists and turns.
The series finale of Pretty Little Liars, when it aired in June 2017, made waves around the world, with many fans discussing the revelations the episode contained for weeks and months afterward. Interestingly enough, series star Troian Bellisario admitted that the show originally had some unexpected twists in the ending, leaving one main character’s fate up to speculation.

Lucy Hale took the internet by surprise in a breathtaking new magazine shoot.
The actress wore at least six different outfits that give us that perfect Morocco look.
The first look she shared is a long sleeve animal print dress, with her dark brown hair parted to the side and a brown eye-makeup look.
The second picture is a beautiful close-up of Hale’s face, showing her flawless skin. With a reverse cat-eye eyeliner, her eyes sparkle. And of course, her iconic full brows and plump lips complete this makeup look.
There are two pictures where we can see Lucy wearing what can only be described as a very chic blue and white oversized coat. The coat itself is a piece of art but is the way her long ponytail falls on her back that makes it stand out even more.

“Ivy and Bean” director Elissa Down gushed over working with “Modern Family” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, describing him as her “spirit animal,” at the film’s premiere in Los Angeles on Monday.
“We were shooting [during] a heat wave in Canada. The set was hot, but [Jesse] wasn’t waiting in his trailer — he came straight in and he goes, ‘I’ve got a joke to pitch,'” Down told Variety on the red carpet at Harmony Gold. “He just loves improvisation and he was such a generous actor.”
Based on the children’s book series by Annie Barrows, the upcoming film trilogy follows the adventures of unlikely best friends Ivy (Keslee Blalock) and Bean (Madison Skye Validum), from hunting down ghosts to enrolling in dance lessons. Ferguson plays ballet teacher Monsieur Joy in the third installment, “Ivy and Bean: Doomed to Dance.”

Just like its predecessor, "Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin" is great at engaging fans with lots of juicy plot details. With every episode comes a new batch of theories about the identity of this generation's deadly "A" stalker or the Liars' own mysterious pasts. Since the series takes place in the same universe as "Pretty Little Liars," eagle-eyed fans are also constantly on the lookout for unique connections to the original series - and episode six delivers a major one that potentially muddies the whole Pll timeline.
When Does the Original "Pretty Little Liars" Take Place?
First, here's a quick primer on when both series take place. "Pretty Little Liars" begins with Aria's (Lucy Hale) 2010 return to Rosewood in the pilot episode, a year after Alison's (Sasha Pieterse) 2009 disappearance. The remaining series events take place from 2010 to 2018, when the Liars finally defeat "A.D." and bid farewell to each other...

This Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin article contains no spoilers.
When Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin was announced, fans of the original series were naturally hesitant. The show had only ended in 2017 and over the course of 7 seasons, the original became an iconic part of teen television that meant a lot to the people who watched it. It even led to two spinoffs with original cast members (Ravenswood and Pll: The Perfectionists), but unfortunately, both were swiftly canceled. So what makes Original Sin different? Will it be enough to last as long as the original or maybe even longer?
While your first concern is most likely that none of the original cast are involved, this seemingly benefits the newest chapter in the Pretty Little Liars world because this is for a new generation. What Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson, Troian Bellisario, and Sasha Pieterse brought to life on screen can never be duplicated,...

HBO Max has given a direct-to-series order to a “Pretty Little Liars” reboot from “Riverdale” creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the streaming service said Thursday.
Titled “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin,” the show will be set in a new town and follow a “new generation” of liars, but exist in the same universe as the Freeform series created by I. Marlene King and based on the novel series of the same name written by Sara Shepard. King is not involved in the reboot.
Here’s the official description for “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin”:

“Riverdale” creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is working on a reboot of Freeform’s “Pretty Little Liars,” TheWrap has learned.
Aguirre-Sacasa’s take on the teen drama, which was created by I. Marlene King and based on the novel series of the same name written by Sara Shepard, would follow a new story, focused on new characters. He is developing the “Pll” project for Warner Bros. TV — which recently absorbed “Pretty Little Liars’s” original studio, Warner Horizon — where he has an overall deal.
Showrunner of both The CW’s “Riverdale” and Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” Aguirre-Sacasa will executive produce the potential reboot series alongside Alloy Entertainment’s Leslie Morgenstein and Gina Girolamo.
No platform is attached to the reboot, which is still in the early stages of development and has not been taken out to the marketplace yet.
Warner Bros. TV declined to comment on the “Pretty Little Liars” project.

I'd like to start by saying that I have always been a fan of Lucy Hale. She was the main reason I tuned into Pretty Little Liars all those years ago.
Before her breakout role as Aria Montgomery on Pretty Little Liars, Hale had a few memorable credits.
She was Robin Scherbatsky's little sister Katie on How I Met Your Mother Season 2 Episode 12, Justin's goth girlfriend Miranda on Disney Channel's Wizards of Waverly Place and Lena Kaligaris's little sister Effie on Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants 2.
Hale was even a member of the main cast on two short-lived series: The CW's Privledged and Bionic Woman. She had one of those faces that you felt like you had seen somewhere, even if you couldn't place it. She felt like someone famous.

The Pretty Little Liars franchise is coming to an end for now. Freeform has opted not to renew Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists for a second season.
There were high expectations for the spinoff from Freeform’s biggest hit, Pretty Little Liars, which starred PLL alums Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish reprising their roles and hailed from the same auspices as the original series, writer/executive producer I. Marlene King, Alloy Entertainment and Warner Horizon Scripted Television.
But the new series, based on the popular book series The Perfectionists written by Pll author Sara Shepard, could not come close to the blockbuster ratings success and social media popularity of Pll. Its first season averaged 260,000 Live+same viewers and a 0.12 rating in adults 18-49. Judging by the cancellation decision by Freeform, Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists likely did not make up for the modest live viewing with substantial DVR and streaming bumps.

Freeform has canceled its “Pretty Little Liars” spinoff “The Perfectionists” after one 10-episode season, the network said on Friday.
The news comes months after the series wrapped its 10-episode run in May.
Led by original “Pretty Little Liars” stars Janel Parrish and Sasha Pieterse, “The Perfectionists” was an adaptation of the book series of the same name by “Pll” author Sara Shepard. The spinoff transplanted Parrish and Pieterse’s characters to the town of Beacon Heights — where everything seems perfect, from its top-tier college to its overachieving residents — as it is rocked by its first murder.
