Bollywood music composer Anandji Virji Shah, popularly known as ''Anandji'', has approached the Delhi High Court seeking a restrain order against Utv Motion Pictures for not taking his permission before using his song, released in 1980s, in the upcoming Hindi movie "Thank You" to be released tomorrow. Justice Sunil Gaur has declined to grant a stay on the release of Akshay Kumar-starrer movie but sought a response from the film producer on a suit filed by Anandji through law firm Sai Krishna & Associates. In the civil suit, the music composer has said the re-mix version of the song ''Pyaar do pyaar lo" from the movie ''Jaanbaaz'' released in early eighties, has been used in the Anees Bazmee-directed movie ''Thank You'' without obtaining his permission. Alleging violation of the Copy Rights Act, the music composer sought an order for either deletion of the song from the movie...
