Verena Rice comes from a theatrical family and did many stage
productions before doing her only film, 'Prison Without Bars', at the
tender age of 15. Her sister Roma was actually an extra in 'Prison
Without Bars'also. She also did swimsuit commercials, but gave up
acting when the war broke out. She then got married at the age of 25
and settled down with a man called Jack Foster. They had three children
called Marcus, Verena and Roderick, and she now has five grandchildren
called Evangeline, Lucie, Melanie, Bradley and Jason.
Even though on 'Prison Without Bars' Verena played one of the main
characters, Marta, her name was uncredited because she was under
contract with Conti School Of Dance.
Has two sisters: Olivia and Roma (who appeared as an extra in 'Prison
Without Bars')
Has two sons and a daughter: Marcus, Roderick and Verena
Son, Roderick (Rod), appeared as an extra in a war film in the
1980's
Verena and her two sisters Olivia and Roma, were nicknamed 'The Three
