WrestleMania 40’s night two in Philadelphia was a spectacle of high-octane wrestling that lived up to the grandeur expected of such a storied event. The evening was headlined by a gripping match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, where Rhodes sought redemption and the chance to “finish his story” and of course the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship. The “Bloodline Rules” stipulation added an intense layer of drama, with Rhodes overcoming the odds to dethrone Reigns in a stunning upset that had the Lincoln Financial Field erupting in cheers.
It was no surprise that during the match both Reigns and Rhodes has some assistance during their match from the likes of Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, The Rock, John Cena and none other than The Undertaker making brief cameo appearances.

Welcome to this review of this past Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, right here on Nerdly… This week’s show is the overly-hyped “First Raw After Wrestlemania”, which usually holds some surprises, so let’s get into it!
Match #1: Omos def. Elias The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Wanting to enact retribution after his loss to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, Omos took out his frustrations on Elias. The Nigerian Giant, looking to make an example, completely dismantled Elias, planting him with a devastating slam to end Elias’ night.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Austin Theory def. Rey Mysterio The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Both victors at WrestleMania, Rey Mysterio and Austin Theory went toe-to-toe in the ring. Mysterio hit the United States Champion with a spellbinding crossbody from the second rope. Theory looked to have the match won after he planted Mysterio with a modified blue thunder bomb,...

Welcome to this review of night one of WWE’s Wrestlemania 39 pay-per-view which came live from Hollywood. Let’s see what went down on Saturday’s show…
Match #1: Austin Theory def. John Cena The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
The past met the future as John Cena challenged Austin Theory for Cena’s signature title, the United States Championship. It was the youngster who defeated his childhood idol to kick off WrestleMania 39. Cena toyed with Theory to start, but it only enraged the champion who responded by biting the 16-time World Champion’s ear. After an impressive few minutes from Theory, Cena locked in an Stf submission, but Theory again used his teeth to break the hold. Theory countered the AA and nailed a Ddt, later locking in a sleeper hold, but Cena fought out. After a few shoulder tackles, Cena hit his signature Five Knuckle Shuffle, but...

Match #1: Fatal 4-Way Match – Ricochet def. Montez Ford, Chad Gable and Erik The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Twenty-four hours before their respective tag teams will clash in a WrestleMania Showcase Match, Ricochet, Montez Ford, Chad Gable and Erik stepped into the square circle in Fatal 4-Way Match. When bedlam took over, Ford leaped off the top rope and came crashing down onto Gable. But as the impact caused Montez to momentarily recoup, Ricochet seized the moment and picked up the win with the 450 Splash.
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal – Winner: Bobby Lashley The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Seth “Freakin” Rollins def. Mustafa Ali The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Seth “Freakin” Rollins prepared for his highly-personal WrestleMania matchup against Logan Paul by removing the smile from the positive Mustafa Ali with a pair of devastating stomps.

Match #1: Austin Theory def. Montez Ford The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Montez Ford was out for payback after Austin Theory’s unflinching beatdown of Angelo Dawkins last week. The Street Profits Superstar got cooking with a flawless “You Can’t See Me” impression of John Cena and followed it up with a crushing moonsault, perhaps trying to provide the United States Champion with a WrestleMania preview. Despite more high-flying assaults, a battered Theory battled back and sent Ford on a trip that went A Town Down.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Omos def. Mustafa Ali The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
It didn’t take long for Omos to crush a challenge from Mustafa Ali,...

Match #1: Damian Priest & Dominik Mysterio def. Johnny Gargano & Dexter Lumis The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Moments after Rhea Ripley caused a distraction at ringside, things began to fly off the rails. Dominik took advantage of Johnny Gargano’s back being turned to knock he out of the action. Then, although Dexter Lumis locked in the submission on Dominik, he didn’t see Priest tag into the match. As result, Priest landed an earth-shattering kick before finishing off Lumis with South of Heaven.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Cody Rhodes def. LA Knight The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
