Location filming for "Mad Men" at Los Angeles International Airport was stopped Friday (Nov. 1) after the fatal shooting of a Tsa agent at the airport.
The AMC drama was filming at Terminal 4 of Lax when cast and crew members were told to move to a far end of the arrivals tunnel for their safety. The shooting at 9:20 a.m. Pt Friday killed one Tsa agent and wounded three other people; a suspect was shot by airport police and is in custody. The shooting took place in the adjacent Terminal 3.
Information about "Mad Men" came via tweets (since deleted) from Dustin Woods, a grip on the show who shared his account from the scene. TV Guide magazine writer Michael Schneider posted the information from Woods on his personal blog.

Mad Men did not get off to the most auspicious start during the first day of production for its final season.
