“RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” continued its 9th season on Friday, May 31 with the fourth episode featuring returning queens from seasons past. In the sister series “Untucked,” now in its 6th “All Stars” season, the queens throw back a cocktail and dish the dirt backstage on the latest challenge. Check out our recap of “Untucked” episode 4 below.
This week the queens competed in “Smokin’ Hot Firefighter Makeovers,” bringing a male firefighter into the fold with a makeover and dancing in a girl group performance challenge. Prior to RuPaul Charles announcing the official top two performers of the week next to earn the coveted Beautiful Benefactress Badges, the queens gathered backstage with the firefighters to reflect on the fashion-focused challenge.
For the firefighters, used to be called heroes, the drag queens were the heroes this week, as Adam put it, for being “unapologetically you guys” and being an inspiration to so many people back home.

“Bring back my girls,” RuPaul famously said; now, here they are again in “RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars 9.”
Angeria Paris VanMichaels, Gottmik, Jorgeous, Nina West, Plastique Tiara, Roxxxy Andrews, Shannel and Vanessa Vanjie are the returning queens and they’re doing something good for the world. In a new twist, they’re no longer competing for prize money; instead, they’re backing their favorite charities.
The competition will follow a non-elimination format. Instead, each week will see the top two queens will earn benefactress badges. By the end of the season, the top queens with the most badges will compete for the crown, a space in the “All Stars” Hall of Fame, plus prize money for their charity. The queens also receive a stipend for their wardrobe.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” season 8 continued on June 16 with the seventh episode streaming on Paramount+. Airing concurrently with the main show is its Werk Room-focused sister series “Untucked,” now in its 5th season for the “All Stars” franchise. RuPaul’s Drag Race has entertained audiences around the world since its debut in 2009, and the series has only continued to explode all over the globe with international spin-offs. Every episode of Drag Race culminates in a lip sync battle between two (or more) queens to some beloved hit songs. But throughout all those years, Beyoncé songs were notably absent from the lip syncs. In recent years, however, Bey has become a more common lip sync artist.

The majority of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 contained shorter episodes, going from 90 to 60 minutes, including commercials. However, that didn’t stop the drag reality television competition series from packing its runtime with both talent and drama. RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 first introduced the world to “metalgate,” but episode 12 is bringing “Heavengate” to the forefront.

To mark the annual affair, Gus Kenworthy, Kornbread, Willow Pill, Vincint, Hayley Kiyoko, Kerri Colby, Patricia Arquette, Jorgeous and Sarah Michelle Gellar teamed up to star in a music video for "Taste So Good," an original song written by musician Leland. Performed by Hayley, Kesha, Vincint and Grammy-nominated producer Mnek, the track is a part of a campaign for queer-owned brand Cann, a company that makes Thc-infused drinks. The three-minute visuals begin with Gus in bed with Kornbread before the Olympic skier orders the beverages through the Weedmaps app. After Smg drops off the delivery—while proudly declaring "gay...

I have to admit that I am not usually a big fan of the reunion episodes of Ru Paul’s Drag Race as sometimes they feel as if they are just a filler episode to meet the required episode count. The fact that a whole hour episode was dedicated to looking at things that the audience had already watched felt like a waste of time and was simply a way to add an extra commissioned episode to the season! This initial idea was only intensified by the fact that many people have viewed this season as the never-ending show with numerous episodes where no one was eliminated or queens have returned, I was already anticipating another meaningless episode where nothing changes in the overall competition. However, last week’s episode that saw all the queens of season fourteen return was one of my favourite episodes! We had the classic revisiting...

On this 14th season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” RuPaul Charles put 14 queens through her annual gauntlet of lipsync smackdowns, comedy roasts and game shows, soap opera spoofs, mini and maxi challenges, library reads and chocolate bar unwrapping to find “America’s next drag superstar.” In the end, only five queens remained with a chance to snatch the coveted crown and scepter. Was it Angeria Paris VanMichaels, Bosco, Daya Betty, Lady Camden or Willow Pill that had the right mix of charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent that Ru was looking for?

Who will win “RuPaul’s Drag Race 14“? After the double eliminations of DeJa Skye and Jorgeous, only five queens remained in the running to win the crown on Friday night. In a series first, no one was eliminated in the penultimate episode, which meant the Final 5 queens (not Final 4) would compete in the finale: Willow Pill, Lady Camden, Bosco, Angeria Paris VanMicheals and Daya Betty. Willow has been Gold Derby’s predicted winner for several weeks in a row, with Lady Camden nipping at her heels. Do you agree or disagree with your fellow “Drag Race” fans?
Here’s a look at the current Top 5 winner predictions ahead of the April 22 finale on VH1:
1. Willow Pill — 11/20
2. Lady Camden — 47/20
3. Bosco — 30/1
4. Angeria Paris VanMicheals — 52/1

As “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 14 ends this Friday, the show will be filmed live from Las Vegas, home to the “RuPaul’s Drag Race Live” extravaganza. “Las Vegas is a city in drag. That’s why drag queens have been here before ‘Drag Race,’ they will be here after, and that’s why it was the perfect place,” say producer Tom Campbell.
The “Reunion” episode brought a Vegas level of grandeur as the season’s queens came out to reflect on their experience. I have been an avid follower of all things Ru Paul’s Drag Race for many years now, especially the music that goes out of the show. In fact, I have created the ultimate drag race playlist that contains music from some of the most iconic songs to come from Drag Race queens both during and after their appearance on the show. I have spent many an evening in the shower trying to workshop a verse to some of Drag Race‘s most iconic songs wherein the moment I think I would excel on the challenge whereas the truth is I would probably end up in the bottom! On top of this, if you are ever lucky enough to go on a night out with me, there will come to a point where I will request a Drag Race song from the DJ which has had various responses dependent on the club I am in.

In the wise words of Shangela, "halleloo!"
The reunion format we knew and loved returned on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14 Episode 15. And the queens delivered an entertaining night that kept us fed with all the delicious drama.
Tea was spilled. Emotions were felt. Arguments got yelled. "Reunited!" served the reunion we sorely missed.
There's something about getting the queens in a room together to dish the dirt that can't be topped.
Reunions that feel real and raw stand out amongst the best in reality TV, and Drag Race has served up plenty of amazing ones. Like, the reunion on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 9 will forever set the standard for the modern Drag Race reunion.
A great mix of emotional throwbacks and spicy drama to keep us hooked. You could say it gets our "fan favorite" award!
Plus, anything that erases the trainwreck that was RuPaul's Drag Race Season 13 Episode 15 is a blessing in my book.

The longest season in RuPaul’s Drag Race herstory gave way to an appropriately eventful reunion on Friday, as the Season 14 queens — including June Jambalaya, Orion Story and several other names lost to history — reunited at the Flamingo Las Vegas to clear the air.
But the headliner of this 90-minute affair was none other than Daya Betty, who was forced to reckon with the choices that led her to being labeled this season’s villain.

In recent years there has been a sudden rise in popularity of the comedy format known as a roast. There is in fact a whole series on Comedy Central that is solely made up of this structure with one-off specials that have appeared on many different channels over the past couple of years and you only need to spend a few minutes with young people for them to mention them “roasting” one another. There have been many roast challenges in Drag Race and last week we saw the first-ever one with the designated victim for the night being none other than the hilarious Ross Matthew. The challenge led to the ever-surprising announcement of a three-way lip-sync where it was guaranteed by Ru Paul that two queens would be going home. It was in fact the “villain” of the season Daya Betty who emerged victoriously and toppled the two so-called lip-sync assassins of season fourteen,...

In episode 13 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 14, RuPaul Charles put the queens to the comedy test in the annual roast challenge. The jokes Daya Betty, DeJa Skye and Jorgeous dropped about Ross Mathews weren’t good enough to keep them from a threeway lipsync where only one of them would make it out alive. Once again, Daya was able to put some lipsync assassins in their place, sending both DeJa and Jorgeous home.
This week, the final five write and perform their own lyrics to a remix of Ru’s new single “Catwalk.” This penultimate challenge in the season is their ultimate test of charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent and will show Ru, Ross and the other judges who is ready to fight for the crown in the finale.

Following last week’s double elimination of lip sync assassins Jorgeous and DeJa Skye, only five queens remain in the hunt for the 14th crown of “RuPaul’s Drag Race.” Heading into episode 14, the field is fairly even in terms of record. Bosco leads with three challenge wins, but was also up for elimination more often than any of the others. Daya Betty was one of the first queens eliminated before coming back, but has managed to dodge a second elimination with strong lip syncs of her own. Angeria Paris VanMichaels, Willow Pill and Lady Camden have all been consistent, only falling to the bottom once (with everyone else) after the “Snatch Game.”

Just over two years ago I and my Aunty decided to plan and French-themed night so I could watch, for the first time, the hit musical Les Miserables. Despite being a massive musical theatre fan, I had never seen the West End’s longest-running production and so my Aunty made it a must that we enjoyed it together. We have dressed up in our French-est attires and bought some baguettes and Profiteroles for our mid-show snack. We were all set up ready to turn the musical on … only to realise that someone had borrowed the DVD and not given it back! We had to quickly adapts and lucky were able to find a recording of the wonderfully eccentric French, cabaret inspired musical Moulin Rouge. This was my first exposure to the totally unique movie and I thought it could not get any more outrè but Ru Paul’s Drag Race proved me wrong!

Improv and comedy challenges seem to be the weakness of these queens. Case in point: the mixed reception of the jokes during RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14 Episode 13.
Landing a joke is a fine art, and some of these performers were skilled comics. For the others? The cringe was in full effect.
But did "The Ross Mathews Roast" live up to the Roasts that came before?
For an excellent Roast to be legendary in Drag Race herstory, it needs some powerhouse zingers, a few memorable moments, and more than half of the queens doing well.
"The Ross Mathews Roast" didn't meet the match of the strong Roasts of the past.
The Roasts of RuPaul and Michelle Visage were epic challenges that will never be forgotten. And the laughs from the Roast on RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race can still be heard today.

The news is golden over at the Moulin Ru!
After weeks of guesses and eliminations, the RuPaul candy bar saved one lucky queen on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14 Episode 12. It's a big surprise for a reveal we didn't see coming.

If you ask any fan of Ru Paul’s Drag Race which is the most iconic challenge the majority of people will say the snatch game. Since its debut on Drag Race season two, viewers eagerly anticipate this challenge every season and cannot wait to see which famous people are impersonated. This challenge is usually a high point of the season where the majority of the queens catchphrases or sound bites that haunt the queens for the rest of the season come from but unfortunately for season fourteen, this was quite possibly the worst episode in drag race her-story. This was a total surprise as everyone online has been talking about how talented all of these queens are and the unpredictability of who will go home next truly adds wonderful amounts of excitement to every episode so to see everyone flop came as a massive shock. On last Friday’s 10th episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race 14,” the Top 8 queens competed in the legendary Snatch Game challenge, but instead of entering “Drag Race” herstory with show’s best impersonations, they delivered series’ worst. After Michelle Visage‘s investigation during judges’ critiques, it was determined that seven of the eight were guilty in the death of Snatch Game. DeJa Skye as Lil Jon was the only performance they liked, leaving the rest as a bottom seven set to compete in this week’s Lipsync Lalaparuza Smackdown. Since the judges couldn’t decide which queen killed Snatch Game, we asked You to decide. Scroll down for the complete poll results, which are led by Jasmine Kennedie as Betsy DeVos and Jorgeous as Ilana Glazer.

Each week on “The Pit Stop,” Monét X Change runs down the tricks and trades of the newest episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” with a guest host. Following Friday’s tenth episode, season 6 champ Bianca Del Rio sits down to admit that as a queen who never had to lipsync on her season that she was actually terrified she’d have to, and then gets Monét to admit her attraction to Jorgeous. Watch the full episode above via the official RuPaul’s Drag Race channel on YouTube.
In their recap, Monét and Bianca say what we’ve heard say before — that while double shantays are annoying to the audience, every queen in the game should simply be happy they didn’t go home. In that regard, they don’t understand Daya Betty being upset Jasmine Kennedie is still around or that DeJa Skye is worried about getting her first win. As...
