Angela Norelli was born in Rome in 1996 and graduated with a master's degree in Philosophy with a dissertation on Dziga Vertov's political project in relation to the contemporary media culture. In 2018, starting from Vertov's manifestos, she made the found-footage #Kinoki, with which in 2019 she was admitted to the Italian national school of cinema Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. In 2021 her short film "Children love to hide" was screened in competition at the Torino film festival. She is also editor of shorts selected in national and international film festivals, like Rome film fest and Berlinale 72.
