Seneca Frost, a Pacific Northwest native, has been captivated by acting since a young age. Grounded in Meisner technique, she excels at conveying authentic emotions and navigating complex characters. Seneca's versatility shines through in her work as a principal player in regional advertisements for Abby's Pizza and Heritage Mall, and in her film roles. Her supporting performance in the acclaimed short film "Fiona," which premiered at the Switzerland Film Festival, was pivotal in its winning Best Teen Drama and Best Independent Short Film. "Fiona" also earned the title of Best Short at the 8 & Half Film Awards in Rome, Italy. Seneca refined her craft in the Master program at The Studio NW, portraying Kat in "10 Things I Hate About You." Outside of acting, she is a talented singer, having performed the National Anthem at University of Oregon games on two occasions. Seneca also dedicates time to her beloved Teacup Yorkie, Ducky.
