Each week on “The Pit Stop,” Trixie Mattel recaps the latest episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 16 alongside a guest host. Following Friday’s eleventh episode, the Etb for guacamole on Taco Tuesday queen of “All Stars 8” Jessica Wild stopped by the studio for her first recap experience. Watch the full episode above via the official RuPaul’s Drag Race channel on YouTube.
In their recap of the episode, Jessica and Trixie agreed that Sapphira Cristál is a queen they would be intimidated to compete against because she’s so successful in many areas, and of course Trixie wanted to know Jessica’s thoughts on Morphine Love Dion‘s makeup skills. Referring to the mini challenge, Jessica said that Plane Jane is the most delusional on the cast and Trixie made the point that delusional drag queens are not a bad thing.

Following Friday’s twelfth episode, series judge Ts Madison talks about the conclusion to the season where Jimbo was finally crowned. In their recap of the finale, Bianca pointed out that Ts appearing on the recap series is the first time they’ve ever had a permanent Drag Race judge stop by to give their up close and unbiased opinion. Ts said that the biggest perk of the job as a judge is getting to see the queens do what they do, but she wishes she could sit at the dais for an entire season to really get to see the full growth of everyone competing. [Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 8 Episode 10.] After weeks of fierce competition, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 8 has narrowed it down to two drag queens. Jimbo and Kandy Muse will face off for the crown in the All Stars Season 8 finale on Paramount+. But who should win? Host RuPaul has been springing format changes on the cast and audience all season long. Thanks to that, Season 8 marks the first-ever final two as opposed to the typical final three or four. The Friday, July 7 episode ended with Kandy Muse as the Maxi Challenge winner but the loser of her lip-sync assassin performance against guest star Priyanka. Naturally, Jimbo and Jessica Wild (the bottom two by default) didn’t vote for themselves, so rather than Priyanka revealing the group’s elimination choice, the decision went to Kandy. She sent Jessica packing. As with all of this season’s changes,...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” season 8 continued on July 7 with the tenth episode streaming on Paramount+. Airing concurrently with the main show is its Werk Room-focused sister series “Untucked,” now in its 5th season for the “All Stars” franchise. This season, the eliminated queens have the opportunity to compete in the “Fame Games,” an online and social media component to the competition where fans will vote for a queen to win the $50,000 cash prize up for grabs.
In episode 10 of “Untucked,” the three remaining queens reflected on the latest challenge and discussed the final elimination. That decision would be in the hands of the week’s top performer, Kandy Muse, no matter the outcome of her battle against the lip sync against the secret assassin Priyanka. Vulnerable to elimination in this final round were Jessica Wild and Jimbo because at this stage of the competition, if you’re not in the top,...

And then there were… two?! That’s right, squirrelfriends. For the first time in Drag Race herstory, we’re down to just a pair of queens ahead of the All Stars 8 finale, as opposed to the usual three or four. And we know you have opinions about which two contestants remain.
But first, some context: Friday’s episode challenged Jessica Wild, Jimbo and Kandy Muse to make over a trio of lesbians, for which Kandy was named the top All Star of the week. Though Kandy lost her lip sync to this week’s assassin, Canada’s Drag Race Season 1 winner Priyanka,...

Friday’s episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 8 begins with Kandy Muse asking Jimbo the question on everyone’s mind: “Why did you pick Alexis?” (Not that we’re mad she did it.)
“Did I?” Jimbo asks coyly in TVLine’s sneak peek of Episode 10. She then concedes: “I felt like I had to stick to track record and the judges’ critiques. If the situation reverses, which it still might, I want you guys to remember that. … Will you guys remember that?”

In their recap of the episode, Deja tells Bianca that she thinks Kahanna Montrese has been “killing it” on the runway and that Jessica Wild is the one keeping her entertained. Still, Bianca found time to point out how big of a fan Deja is of Bianca and then continued to make Deja fall out of her chair laughing throughout the episode. In their calmer moments, Deja was able to explain to Bianca that like Peppermint last week, the game should not be based on track record and each queen should play for themselves.

At the end of last week’s episode, we sadly learnt that former Mrs Continental, Naysha Lopez, would sadly be leaving the competition after Jimbo tried (and failed) to get her revenge on her from Drag Race UK vs The World with the returning lip-sync assassin Pangina Heels! After what can only be described as a fairly one-sided battle, it was revealed that the group had decided that it was Natasha’s time to leave which meant that the other bottom queen Kahana Montrese would get another chance this season. It was when the actual votes were revealed however that we saw our first glimpses of drama from this season of returning queens after Jessica explained that the reason she voted for Kahana to home was that she couldn’t vote for Naysha as they are both from Puerto Rico. While I understand that this is a natural connection between...

In their recap of episode 1, Bianca and Alaska started by critiquing the opening look choices that the queens made. Alaska was confused why Naysha Lopez put on a prison jumpsuit, favoring more the queens that extended their known brand in their looks, like Kahanna Montrese and Heidi N Closet. Alaska’s personal favorite though was Jaymes Mansfield‘s and Bianca preferred Jimbo for being different and fun. Then, for the “Famous Then” and “Famous Now” runway mini challenge, Alaska and Bianca both liked Alexis Michelle‘s looks most.

RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars has had its fair share of queens try to snatch the crown and the title of "America's Next Drag Superstar." RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars is the battle of seasoned queens for that coveted spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.
When RuPaul's Drag Race queens return, they look for different things.
Some want the prize money, some like the notoriety of winning, and others want a chance at redemption. Their legacy can make or break on their return to the main stage.
Over 62 queens have returned to All Stars, but there's still a vast list of queens yet to be invited.
Between the mainline series and the many international editions, plenty of queens could get the call to compete for another shot at the crown. And we're not just talking about the "Vs. The World" competitions either.
