There's only one place the loaded locals of Mayfair buy their meat and it's not out of a car boot in a pub car park. Instead they head to swanky butchers Allen's, and in this documentary we meet the chaps who run this boutique home for prime cuts. Justin Preston and David House had a haunch that the residents of highfalutin Mayfair would appreciate a butcher's that's a cut above other others, and not just by using a higher quality of fake plastic grass to present their meat.
