It’s been almost a decade since J. Cole rapped “Dick so big, it’s like a foot is in your mouth” on Jeremih’s “Planez.” Now, on Cash Cobain’s “Grippy,” he’s back with another horny feature for a new generation of fans (and, inevitably, haters).
It’s a playful release for Cole, who was, for a moment, caught in the middle of this spring’s tense rap war between Kendrick Lamar and Drake. A representative of Cash tells Rolling Stone that Cole recorded his verse towards the end of April,...

Ice follows the lead of the original song, answering Cash’s opening line by rhyming, “Got an attitude but I’m feeling lit, so I ain’t mad at you / And I’m tatted too and it’s fatter too,...

Cash Cobain is leading a procession of young New Yorkers down Irving Place towards Union Square Park in Manhattan. His hand extends towards the sky as he live streams the whole thing on his Instagram. A homing beacon for the crowd,...

St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn was full of good vibes and a spirit of musical collaboration on Nov. 10, as two pairs of unique talents — Lil Yachty and Tierra Whack, and Jon Batiste and Gucci Mane — took the stage for Rolling Stone’s first-ever Musicians on Musicians live event. There was laughter, honesty, and even a couple surprise performances, including a haunting solo-piano version of a Gucci Mane hit.

Drake recently topped the Billboard Hot 100 for the 13th time with his latest solo album For All The Dogs. The polarizing record accrued 402,000 sales units in the United States during its first week, including 514 million streams. For All The Dogs is Drake’s fourth album in two years — though his first solo rap album since 2021’s Certified Lover Boy. Even with the deluge, his streaming numbers reflect a ravenous appetite amongst rap listeners; he’s become too big to fail. He enjoys a fanbase that spans demographics. And even those...
