Appeared on numerous radio shows during the mid-1940s, opposite such stars as Rudy Vallee, Eddie Cantor and Bob Burns.
With her ventriloquist's dummy, Judy Splinters, she was a regular on the Eddie Cantor show during the 1942-43 season. She demonstrated a rare skill - her puppet sang in a rich soprano, not in a falsetto voice typical of ventriloquist vocalists.
