Passionate about storytelling and audiovisual production, Cédric Pierre-Louis has had eyes only for Africa since obtaining his Master's degree in International Management at the Catholic University of Lille. He began his media career in Rwanda with the Tele10 group, where he was catapulted to the head of Radio10, then launched TV10, the country first private television channel. In 2015, he joined Iroko, once dubbed the African Netflix, to initiate the linear television department as Vice President of the Nigerian start-up. His mission accomplished, he tackled a new challenge by being appointed Project Manager - East Africa within the Econet Media / Kwesé group.
A year later, he was promoted to the position of Managing Director of Francophone Africa while assuming the duties of Acting Managing Director of Kwesé Free Sports Ghana. Cédric Pierre-Louis has acquired extensive experience in the audiovisual industry of the African continent, through his involvement in a plethora of projects, and publications and contributed as a writer / producer to various local TV shows. He is now Director of African Fiction Channels at Thema, a subsidiary of Canal+ International.
