Emmerdale star Kurtis Stacey has hinted that the "bad boy" side of his character Alex Moss will be explored more in the New Year. The actor promised that there is more to be revealed about the womaniser, who is currently in a relationship with Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins). Stacey told Take It Easy of portraying Alex: "I enjoyed it more at first when he was playing the bad guy, because he was much more mischievous. Now he's sort of turned nice, but in a way that's good for me because it shows my versatility as an actor. "He's still in love with Victoria because she's a girl with (more)...

Emmerdale newcomer Kurtis Stacey has predicted that fans could see a different side to his character Alex Moss if he ever embarks on a serious relationship. Since arriving in the village earlier this year as the new farmhand at Butlers, Alex has developed a reputation as a womaniser by seducing Hannah Barton and Victoria Sugden. Speaking to Digital Spy on the red carpet at the British Soap Awards earlier this month, Stacey offered teasers on who could be the next lady to catch Alex's eye. He commented: "I'm not sure if I can tell you who's next, but she's a bit of a naughty girl, I'll let you know that - she's a bit of a naughty one! And I'm not too sure, it could be anyone with Alex. Alex (more)...

Emmerdale newcomer Kurtis Stacey has insisted that his character Alex Moss will not be a bad boy on the soap. The Barton family's new farmhand, who was introduced in last night's episode, has been tipped to break hearts in the village over the next few months as he sets his sights on some of the female residents. However, speaking to the show's official website, Stacey commented: "He's meant to be a bit of a love rat, but people keep getting the idea that he's a bad guy - and I don't think he is a bad guy. You'll see that later on, that he's not a bad guy. "He just does what he does because he's single, but if he's in a relationship, then you'll see something completely different." Asked what else viewers can expect from his character, he continued: "It's not all about the women. It's not (more)...

Kurtis Stacey has admitted that he was terrified of messing up his new role in Emmerdale. The actor will make his debut as farmer Alex Moss next week when he is hired by the Bartons to work on the farm. "But the reality was that this is what I've always wanted and I was terrified that if I messed up, that would be it and they might replace me!" He continued: "I didn't know what to expect about working on set and how the (more)...

Emmerdale newcomer Kurtis Stacey has revealed that his character Alex Moss will not go down well with Adam Barton (Adam Thomas). Moss - a farmer - will join the Barton Farm and win John Barton's (James Thornton) approval, but Stacey has said that Adam will be upset by the change. "I don't think he'll get on with Adam because he replaces Adam on the farm. Adam sees him arrive and work really hard and is annoyed that he's good," Stacey told the Pa. He added that Moss's success with the ladies - in particular Adam's younger sister Hannah (Grace Cassidy) - would leave his rival even angrier with the newcomer's arrival. "The girls (more)...
