Does anyone (besides Nintendo, of course) really know when The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is due to launch? With each day that passes, there seems to be a rumor, retail listing or leak that completely contradicts the previous one, leaving consumers completely dumbfounded in regards to when Link’s next adventure is actually releasing.
The to and fro began last week when noted Nintendo tipster Emily Rogers stated that, according to sources close to the company, Breath of the Wild would not be a launch title for the Nintendo Switch in March 2017, the action-adventure instead pushed back to a summer launch due to the extensive localization work required. Flying directly in the face of that, an upcoming games chart discovered on GameStop’s website yesterday (via Nintendo Life...

Mario Kart will see a release on Nintendo Switch within the first three months of the console’s launch, according to noted Nintendo tipster Emily Rogers. A re-release – of sorts – rather than a full sequel, the Switch’s version of the racer will actually be an updated iteration of the Wii U’s Mario Kart 8, containing all on-disc content and Dlc made available for the Wii U.
The rumor is somewhat unsurprising, considering the Switch’s reveal trailer had two players burning rubber around the Yoshi Circuit track introduced to Mario Kart 8 as Dlc, but can there be enough new stuff to justify a re-release rather than a full-fledged sequel?
Perhaps. According to Rogers’ sources, a rather sizeable amount of exclusive content will be included on the Switch version, including more new tracks, new characters and, most importantly of all, a rejigged Battle Mode. Considering the aforementioned multiplayer playlist received...

If you were intending to pick up a Nintendo Switch on launch day in order to play the definitive version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild next year, you might want to hold off on your pre-order.
According to noted Nintendo tipster Emily Rogers, various sources close to the company have let slip that the highly anticipated title won’t see a release to coincide with the Switch due to localization issues stemming from the sheer size of the game and its features.
According to the source, localization duties are still ongoing, with the process potentially not being complete until December. Following that, the game will “require between four-to-six months of testing,” meaning we’re probably looking at a potential summer release for the ambitious title.
While nothing is definitively confirmed at this point, Eurogamer has also received similar reports from its own sources, so it...

I hope you didn’t choose a Nintendo Wii U solely for your next generation console gaming experiences. If by some chance you did, well, I have some depressing news for you. According to a a Tweet from Emily Rogers, a blogger specializing in Nintendo, Ubisoft chose not to comment on the Wii U version of Watch Dogs. Even more startling is that when Emily asked if the version still exists, she again got a worrying reply of “No comment.”
You can read the tweets below:
I was in contact with Ubisoft this morning. They won’t comment on Wii U Watch_Dogs. Ubi Q3 results in Feb, hopefully we hear something then
I asked if the Wii U version still exists. Instead of a simple yes or no, they said they have no comment.
That sounds like a question with absolutely no reason to dodge. She didn’t ask...

Dunedin, Florida — As MTV's Power of 12 tagged along with the Mitt Romney campaign on Monday, we saw three very pumped-up, supportive crowds who knew just when to put their hands together for the former Massachusetts governor.
As the crowd shuffled out of picturesque Pioneer Park on Monday afternoon, college student and waiter Adam Rezendes, 24, was feeling pretty confident about whom he was going to cast a vote for in Tuesday's (January 31) Florida primary. "I am going to be voting for Mitt Romney," he said. "I believe in Mitt's conservative views and [his desire] to stop the federal spending and repeal Obamacare. He's got a lot of great views that really appeal to me.
