- He was given his Associate Producer credit on the film for "moral support" provided during production. The credit was also a joke between him and his brother, a reference to the David Mamet film "State and Main" where an Associate Producer credit is refered to as "what you give to your secretary instead of a raise".
- Almost every scene in which his character Elrik appeared in "Less Like Me" was subsequently cut for time. He remains visible in the background of some scenes and is also included in the montage towards the end of the film.
- The role of Elrik in "Less Like Me" was created for him after he tried out for Tim and came off as too goth. Writer/Director Mike Olinger liked his brother's performace, but found it inappropriate for the role. Elrik was created to play to his strengths based on his audition.
