- Worked for the United States Census for a couple of weeks in 2010 as a survival job.
- Research intern for Supreme Court Watch 1996-1997 and Washington Watch 1997 hosted by Fred Graham.
- Producer/Web editor AccessNewsNet 2000. Helped produce the first public broadcast from National Geographic's Cable Studio in Washington DC. (It was a Satellite Media tour interviewing Robert Ballard, discoverer of the Titanic.).
- Acquired "Certificate of Achievement" American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Los Angeles (AADA-West) 2006 Summer Training Program.
- Did an internship while at American University in 1994 as a Casting Agent. She assisted casting agent Emily Schweber of the WB in an Open call for the New Robin in Washington DC and was hired by a friend of Larry King to hire a group of ten actors to act as 1940s Coney Island residents for Larry King's Birthday Party. She also dressed 1940s and worked the event.
- In college, she played the character of Pooty in the play "Reckless" written by Tony Award winner/film director Craig Lucas author of Amèlie. Her name appeared in a review in the Baltimore Sun and the Carroll County Sun described her performance as "charming.".
- Studied with acting coach, Cyb Barnstable, along with Adrienne Zi,Jan Gass and Kellan Lutz. Studied voice with coach, Kathleen Dunn, along with Ben Youcef. Also worked for six months with the Actor's Collaborative founded by Adrian Paul and maintained by actress film maker Lenore Andriel, working with actors like Michael Laurie, Helene Udy (Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman), Florence Regina (The Bull, The Shield), Daniel O'Meara (Ironclad) and Freddy Douglas (Freedom Riders). Took a class in Shakespearean Verse with David Melville from the film Ironclad and Perfection. Melville is the Co-director of the Independent Shakespeare Company. Later took a scene study Class with David Schwartz at Santa Monica College who she met when he was performing with Melville's company.
- Her life was saved by Kristi Funk, Founder of the Pink Lotus Breast Cancer Center in Beverly Hills, and reconstruction Breast Specialist Lisa Cassileth.
- Worked at Round House Theatre in Maryland while it was still owned by the county as an Arts Management Intern, and later as a paid grant researcher collecting information for their initial move to being a private theater organization. She also worked with actor Jason Kravits (of "The Practice" fame) with their Theater Camp program as an Assistant counselor.
- Laura Ann Tull's grandmother on her Mother's side was a Carter from Wise County, Virginia. Her father was Patrick Hayden Carter who was A.P. Carter's cousin, the father of June Carter Cash.
- Laura AnnTull is the descendant of Richard and Thomas Tull, who built the town of Tull's corner in the late 1600s in Somerset, Maryland. Both men were born in England the children of Giles or Gyles (as spelled in the Virginia & Maryland records) Tull and Alvin White. Giles is the Great Grandfather of the lawyer turned farmer and inventor Viscount Jethro Tull. Her great grandfather told her that her ancestor helped the King of England get Cromwell off the throne and was given land in America. Part of that story may be true as Giles Tull was alive at the time of Cromwell. Her Grandmother, maiden name Furniss, is a descendant of Thomas Tull and her Grandfather a descendant of Richard. No inbreeding just two families that colonize America in the same area. A Furniss married a great grand daughter of Thomas Tull in the 1700s.
- Had a car accident in 1997, and will never run a marathon and can't ride a bike. She took adult ballet in 2007, but an accident on the set of "The Goods" in 2008 has set her back but not down. She does yoga and is constantly active. Accupunture is her friend. She is trained to ride a scooter.
- Worked for a company in Washington, DC called "Anchor Network" based in Philadelphia, though in their DC office, showing people trailers of movies on a little portable device in malls to pay her way through graduate school.
- Stopped eating red meat at the age of 16 her earliest memory being a deceased deer. The first film she remembers seeing was Bambi. Went back and forth between being a vegetarian, Pescatarian, and at one point into promoting the use of Buffalo instead of beef, Laura Ann Tull became a full Vegan in 2009. Her family has a history of digestive cancer and meat seemed to make her sick. In 2014 she discovered, after years of thinking she was gluten intolerant, that she has a rare allergy, yeast, and is also allergic to pork. She also has an incurable Autoimmune disease called Hashimotis and thyroiditis. (Nodules on her thyroid.) She is intolerable to cold and on a special organic gluten free, soy free, candida free diet.
