Reveille has teamed with Justin Timberlake to produce an American adaptation of the hit Peruvian comedy My Problem With Women for NBC.
The project, which Reveille will co-produce with U.K.-based Power and Frecuencia Latina International, follows the adventures of Jose, a thirtysomething bachelor who begins seeing a therapist in an attempt to understand why all of his romantic relationships fail.
Problem marks musician-actor Timberlake's first executive producing duties on a scripted TV project. He is exec producing with his manager, David Schiff; Reveille's Howard T. Owens and Todd Cohen; Power's Justin Bodle and Chris Philip; and the original series' producer, Jaime Carbajal. Frecuencia's Miki Ivcher will serve as an associate producer and Jay Weisleder as a consulting producer.
"I am very excited to be collaborating with Reveille to bring this hugely successful format to NBC," Timberlake said.
Problem, which has received a script commitment by NBC, is based on the Peruvian show Mi Problema con las Mujeres, which was created by Perez Garland, Christian Buckley and Paul Vega.
