- Cantabile have appeared in a huge variety of venues, singing programmes encompassing early polyphony through to jazz and contemporary music. They have toured extensively - from the United States to South Africa to Southeast Asia and the Far East - singing in almost thirty languages and presenting their entire programme in more than twelve. They have made countless television appearances and recorded fifteen albums. - Vocal quartet formed in 1977, who turned professional in 1982. They sing both comedy songs and classics. Original members were Richard Bryan (real name Robert Bryan), Michael Steffan (real name Michael Stevens), Nick Ibbotson and Stewart Collins (real name Colin Stewart). Nick and Stewart have since left and have been replaced by various people to make up the foursome, such as Steven Brooks and Mark Fleming.
