Curtis Mittong grew up in Carlisle, Pennsylvania; the son of G. Edward
Mittong and Betty Lou Mittong, brother to Sheri Mittong Sandstrom.
Always an avid stage performer, his first stage appearance came when he
was merely 6. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he
earned BFAs in Music and Theater Performance and was awarded the Best
Actor Award from Alpha Psi Omega for his performance as Claude in
"HAIR." After traveling the globe for three years in an RV chasing
musical theater employment, he has settled nicely into Los Angeles with
his cherished wife, Kimberly Saltarelli.
He and his wife married in 2000 after 6 years of dating, remarking that
since they are both so forgetful, that year would make it easy to
remember how long they had been married.
He is an avid car buff, and customizes his own cars.
His parents were both teachers before their retirement and the entire
extended family still spends their summers in Ontario, Canada
fishing.
