- American actor and model Tye Olson was born and raised in Northern Minnesota to Allen and Rebecca Olson. Tye is one of two children, and the only member of his family to follow a career in acting. He was heavily involved in the arts from a young age, strongly encouraged by his mother. Tye was educated at Bemidji High School before going on to American Intercontinental University, Los Angeles, where he studied Fashion Design and Marketing.
At just eighteen years old, Tye was cast as the lead in the feature film, Watercolors. He received critical acclaim for this role, winning a Best Actor award three times at film festivals across the country. Further film successes followed, and he landed a supporting role in Tru Loved and a featured role in the film Brother's War. Tye bridged into television only a couple of years later, guest-starring on the award-winning HBO TV series United States of Tara. Since then, he has worked on many short films and music videos alongside artists like Fall Out Boy, Paramore, and Katy Perry.
Tye began exploring the art of drag in his mid-twenties after relocating to San Francisco. Splitting his time between Northern California and Los Angeles, Tye built a platform for himself and LGBTQIA+ talent through curating, producing and performing at countless large-scale events throughout the state. Tye is also the founder of Boozy Drag Queen Bingo, a five-star Airbnb online drag queen experience booked across the world. He considers himself gender fluid and now books film, television, and commercial roles as such.- IMDb Mini Biography By: Tye's Talent Representation
