Born and raised in the greater Los Angeles Area, Keith began his public
safety career in the United States Air Force, as a Fire Fighter. He
served 2 years in Aviano, Italy, and finished in Las Vegas, Nevada.
After the Air Force, Keith continued his career in Public safety first as a volunteer and later a paid EMT, Firefighter, Paramedic, and EMS and Rescue Instructor. He have worked in both very busy urban environments and very remote rural areas. He has also trained over 100 new Paramedics and EMT's in either classroom or field internship settings. Keith helped develop some emergency medical services regulations, and has served on many workshops and committees in the Emergency Medical Services community. Keith has now reached over thirty years of public safety work.
During his time in public safety, he has been working in the production industry also. Keith has worked as an On Set Medic, Stunt Safety, Fire Safety and Suppression, and many related functions. Keith has developed specific training and practices for several safety procedures related to effects and stunts over the years. His Vast knowledge of emergency services has served to occasionally see him assisting with action sequence and emergency scenes in productions as well.
Today Keith continues his work in production safety, Actively working as a Production Medic and Occasionally as a Fire Safety Officer. He is actively involved with training at his IATSE local, and continues to work toward improving the safety for all crews on all shows.
