Fox News Channel is touting the fact that it has obtained controversial unseen footage from ABC's miniseries "The Path to 9/11" and is planning to air the video during "Hannity's America" on Sunday night.
Before "Path" aired in September, Democrats and former aides to President Clinton demanded changes to the mini, which revolves around the events leading up to the Sept. 11 attacks, saying that it contained fictionalized scenes and unfairly blamed the Clinton administration for failing to capture or kill Osama bin Laden. Ahead of "Path"'s broadcast, ABC was said to have made minor edits, including altering a scene in which an actor playing Sandy Berger, national security adviser to Clinton from 1997-2001, declines to give the CIA the authority to attack bin Laden.
FNC recorded video of the unedited scene during a Jan. 19 speech given by "Path" writer-producer Cyrus Nowrasteh at California State University, Channel Islands, in Camarillo, where he explained his side of the story and screened the footage.

Dennie Gordon will helm the indie political satire "Harrison for America", the first project produced by Johnson-Roessler Co., a new film and TV production company in Santa Monica headed by David Johnson and Craig Roessler.
Penned by Alex Berger (ABC's "Commander in Chief"), "Harrison" is a behind-the-scenes look at the cutthroat world of political fundraising. Berger, the son of President Clinton's National Security Adviser Sandy Berger, wrote the script after interviewing professional fundraisers in Washington and Los Angeles.
"Our vision is to fill the broad, commercial void for socially and politically relevant film and television," Johnson said. " 'Harrison' represents the type of content we are committed to delivering to the public."
Former MGM executives Johnson and Roessler are producing alongside Jesse Singer. Former Democratic National Committee chairman Terry McAuliffe and his senior adviser Peter O'Keefe will serve as consulting producers.
"This film is important because campaign-finance reform is important," McAuliffe said. " 'Harrison' will give audiences access to what will be a huge election-year issue."
Shooting is set to begin in the spring.
