A sports performance history includes time spent as a Wrestler in the IWF Independent. The IWFI is a touring company of Wrestlers in England who are trained in choreographed fighting techniques. It was in the early formative days during the time it was managed and promoted by the martial arts entrepreneur Peter Wilson, that Keith was 'Rico Sanchez', whose wrestling motif took inspiration from Spanish Bullfighting. Briefly, he held the Light-Heavy Weight Intercontinental belt.
Keith's work history has been peppered with the spice of variety, having worked as a nightclub bouncer, providing C.P. (Close protection) for celebrity clients; teaching Tai Chi and also coaching the subject of Drama in State Schools. He has also taken posts as Exam Invigilator, and restaurant Chef.
A vocationally trained Performing Arts Graduate to Degree level.
He was taught Commedia technique by a Dario Fo protégé, Antonio Venturino, a highly skilled practitioner of Commedia dell Arte.
His first feature was No Place the movie. An earlier film short called Brass featured Keith as Mr McQueen, an enforcer/ debt collector/ bare knuckle fighter who "gets his hands dirty" for his employer Mr Newman, a shady owner of a nightclub. Keith also wrote for the film and designed its fight choreography.
