Every generation of adolescents is divided from the one before in some sense, but the internet is less a divide than a gaping canyon: Someone who didn’t grow up online from early childhood can never fully share the other half’s view of the world, and vice versa. In years past, that impasse led to some distinctly alarmist, out-of-touch films about the perils of screen-centered life — Hideo Nakata’s dreadful “Chatroom” and Jason Reitman’s “Men, Women and Children” come to mind — that glibly stressed alienation over community, with precious little attempt to bridge the gap in perspective. At once tender and rattling, Jane Schoenbrun’s “We’re All Going to the World’s Fair” does feel like an evolution in this respect: an exploration of the world (and parallel worlds) of online role-playing game culture that is equally alive to its manifold dangers and possibilities for self-realization.

Last night’s episode of V began with the Norman Rockwell-esque image of the Family Evans getting ready for a happy All-American day together. Erica was benched from FBI duty, possibly because her partners keep dying and terrible things generally seem to happen whenever she’s around. But she didn’t care about her suspension. She just wanted to hang out with her endearingly pleasant ex-husband (who was such a wonderful human being that he never stopped wearing flannel) and their awful child. Predictably, things quickly got out of hand, and before long the Family Evans — indeed, the entire...

"V" is coming back in two weeks time and it promises very big scenes. As seen in the preview, the real queen, Diana, feasts on a human whom Anna brings in to tell them everything about human soul.
In "Unholy Alliance", after the radical faction of the Fifth Column murders three Peace Ambassadors, Erica goes on a mission to hunt down their leader, Eli Cohn, a former Mossad agent. Father Jack is seen kidnapped by this man.
Meanwhile, as Jack and other priests around the globe begin to speak out against the Visitors, Anna heads to the Vatican in an effort to convince the leaders of organized religion that the Visitors truly are "of peace".
"I think that when the V's start to feel emotion, the longer they feel it and the more they feel it, the less easy it is for them to hide," Laura Vandervoort whose character Lisa...

The latest casting news for the second season of ABC’s alien invasion remake, V, is exciting for Fifth Column supporters – Oded Fehr (Law And Order: Los Angeles, Resident Evil) has been cast as Eli Cohn, a “leader in a new radical Fifth Column resistance movement whose hard-line stance against the Visitors pose a special new challenge for our core group of rebels.”
Executive producer Scott Rosenbaum talks about Fehr’s character:
“[Eli’s] ex-Mossad, and one of the interesting things that we’re doing with the show this year is that we’re introducing a group of Fifth Column which is much more radical than our group. Eli’s philosophy is, ‘We need to attack now, strike now and start this war now,’ rather than wait.”
Fehr’s character will have more knowledge of the Visitors’ agenda than our core team of Erica (Elizabeth Mitchell), Jack (Joel Gretsch), and Ryan...

Oded Fehr will join the cast of ABC sci-fi drama V in the upcoming second season. IGN reports that the actor will play Eli Cohn, a radical leader of the Fifth Column resistance movement who clashes with Erica (Elizabeth Mitchell). "[Eli] is ex-Mossad," explained showrunner Scott Rosenbaum. "One of the interesting things that we're doing with the show this year is that we're introducing a group of Fifth Column [rebels that are] much more radical than our group. They have a much different philosophy than our main team does." He added: "Eli (more)...
