In "What Would Jesus Buy?" he received an "Emergency Cameraman" credit in the credit roll. During filming he grabbed the DP's camera and continued documenting after a bus crash in which several crew members were seriously injured.
In the late 1980s, he was a New York City Guardian Angel who patrolled the subways in Manhattan and the Bronx.

His performance as Beck Black in the Warner Brothers' film "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" ended up on the cutting room floor. He and James Gandolfini were removed from the final edit.
