- She is a 5-times Irish National Women's Surfing Champion from 2005-10 and 2-times British women's Pro-Tour Champion in 2006, 2009. She won a European Junior Bronze Medal (u18 level) in 2004.
- Easkey became known for being the first female surfer to ride the "big wave" ( 15-foot or 4.6 m) at Aileens off the Cliffs of Moher in 2007. She is the first Irish woman to be nominated for the Billabong XXL Awards (now called the WSL Big Wave Awards) for her performance tow surfing at Ireland's premiere big wave spot Mullaghmore in February 2011, becoming the first woman to do so.
