Joy Esther was born in Lyon. As a child, she took classes of singing
and theater, and later classes at the Cours Florent for three years.
Autodidact musician, she learned to play the guitar and the piano. She
began her career at the age of eight appearing in many advertisements like Kodak and worked with photographers
Jean-Baptiste Mondino and
Jean-Paul Goude. She then had in her teenage years some small roles in films and television series. From 2007 to 2013, she played Juliet in the musical comedy
Roméo & Juliette: De la haine à l'amour (2002), with
Damien Sargue playing Romeo. Since 2012, she portrays Chloe in the comic series
Nos chers voisins (2012).
