The death of Kristin Cavallari’s brother, Michael, was ruled accidental on Tuesday. A Utah medical examiner determined that the 30-year-old died of hypothermia after walking away from his car in rocky southern Utah terrain in frigid temperatures, according to a press release from the Grand County Sheriff’s office. Grand County Sheriff Steven White said they are waiting on toxicology reports to find out if Cavallari had any drugs in his system. White added that the autopsy report closes the case, but questions may forever linger about what exactly happened. Also Read: Kristin Cavallari's Brother Michael Found Dead...

Police believe Kristin Cavallari's brother Michael may have died from exposure to cold weather after crashing his car off a Utah highway.
"We think it may be a contributing factor, but we won't know for sure until we get the autopsy results back," Sheriff Steven White of Grand County, Utah, tells People.
Autopsy results will be available in six to eight weeks depending on when the toxicology report comes out, White says. There is no indication of suicide or foul play at this point, and White says search patterns indicate Michael, 30, was "disoriented" before his death.

Chicago couple Matt McCrea and Steven White have filed a lawsuit against cab company Sun Taxi for the incident last year in which they were kicked out of a cab after a brief kiss.
Gay Couple Suing Taxi Company
In their suit, McCrea and White claim that after they shared “a simple, one second in length, kiss” when McCrea picked White up at O’Hare airport, the driver – Jama Anshur – tried to kick them out of the car on the side of the Kennedy Expressway in rainy conditions, reported the Chicago Sun-Times. When the couple refused to get out, Anshur allegedly began “driving recklessly, swerving into traffic,” according to the court filing.
Eventually, Anshur brought them to a parking lot of a grocery store in Park Ridge, where police eventually met them. McCrea and White alleged that Anshur misleadingly told the officer that they were “making sex.”
