After Captain James T. Kirk (Chris Pine) breaks the Prime Directive he celebrates his misconduct by sleeping with twin female aliens (Katie & Kellie Cockrell) as the Beastie Boys' Body Movin' is blaring. In Mauricio Ruiz's concept art below, Katie and Kellie could've had a much different look. The final version was subtle, with only the cat-like tails revealing them to aliens. But below you can see much more dramatic makeup concepts that played around with various skin tones, hairstyles and facial patterns.
