"America's Next Top Model" has been criticized for not creating supermodels, but it does create working ones! Two former winners -- Jaslene Gonzalez of Cycle 8 and Teyona Anderson of Cycle 12 -- have already walked at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Gonzalez donned yellow lipstick and sportswear for the Origami fashion show, but the following night looked stunning in a black jumpsuit. Anderson walked for designer Kimberly Goldson during the "Project Runway" show. Click on the "Launch Gallery" to see the photos: Natasha Galkina , runner-up to Gonzalez in Cycle 8, also walked in the "Project Runway" show. Tyra Banks would be proud! Other former "Top Model" contestants haven't been so successful. Tyra's pulled together 14 fan favorites for an "All-Star" edition of "Top Model," debuting this fall. Check out their photos below: And be sure to watch Tyra's ridiculous, over-the-top promo for the upcoming season: She's such a drama queen! Read more...

America's Next Top Model has ended another Cycle and there's not much to report. Other than the announcement that next season's heading to New Zealand, we don't have a lot of news on the show. As for the models, we've heard some stuff here and there, notably about Cycle 12's Celia Ammerman and Aminat Ayinde.
Along with winner Teyona and runner-up Allison, they became Cycle 12's final four and at least deserve some recognition. Anyway, they revealed their current hang-ups to Out.com, in addition to some comments regarding the show they've been on.

It's the dawn of a new era, Model fans, not just an era of petite-ness, though for the record, previous winner Eva is only 5'6 and change, but an era of -- dare I write it? -- lucidity, credibility or seeming relevance? It was Bloody Eyeball versus the Bull Castrator, and to the episode's credit, it had me believing there was almost a credible contest. But we all knew what would happen tonight, and the best part was that it actually did. Most of the time, the finale of Antm has three women pitted against one another, and surely that...

Nicole Fox has won "America's Next Top Model" cycle 13 and thus becomes the first petite model to have claimed the title. Nicole is entitled to a Seventeen magazine cover shoot and six-page spread, a spot at Wilhelmina Models and a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics.
Nicole beat Laura Kirkpatrick on the finale after completing her CoverGirl commercial smoothly and conquering the final runway. Laura stumbled a bit on the challenge because of her dyslexia. And when Nigel Barker asked her to think something emotional, Laura could not deliver it to the camera. However, Nicole wasn't exactly an obvious winner from the beginning. Jay Manuel disliked the way she read her CoverGirl commercial because she sounded like a snob.
Before the girls had to walk down the live fashion show, Tyra Banks sat down with each of them to talk about their motivation. "I have sat, like, in a bathroom stall during lunch so that,...

Usually we hear a lot about the winners of America's Next Top Model and what they've been busy with ever since their Cycle ended. We know how Eva Pigford-Marcille, Whitney Thompson, CariDee English and McKey Sullivan rose to fame outside of the show. But who's really heard about last season's Teyona Anderson?
Most of us were taken aback by how she beat crowd favorite Allison on Cycle 12, but just how far did she make it afterwards? Apparently, she's still trying to make it in the world of modeling. According to Today's Sunbeam, she's busy going from New York to South Africa. Oh, so that's why we could hardly keep up with her.

"Gossip Girl" has a big chance to walk out with multiple prizes at this year's Teen Choice Awards after getting 10 nominations, both for the series and the cast. Almost all the main actors such as Penn Badgley, Ed Westwick, Leighton Meester and Blake Lively grab one each. The CW series is one of the top scorers of the whole nominations list after "Twilight" which dominates with 12 nods.
Right behind "Gossip Girl" in terms of number is "American Idol". Scoring 7 nominations in total, the reality singing competition earns among others through its judge Simon Cowell, host Ryan Seacrest, and two recent contestants, Adam Lambert and Kris Allen. It additionally takes the nomination for Choice Tour.
Also pocketing noms are Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato who score through their Disney shows, "Hannah Montana" and "Sonny with a Chance" respectively. Miley in particular has 10 nods when accumulated with the feature movie version of "Hannah". She tweeted,...

After America's Next Top Model crowned Teyona Anderson as its 12th cycle winner on Wednesday, TVGuide.com caught up with the New Jersey native to get the scoop on what it was like getting greased up to writhe around on the final runway — and to lose her fake hair in the middle of it! Plus: Find out what the 20-year-old had to say about the Celia catfight and what's next for her.
TVGuide.com: Congratulations! What was going through your head during that final runway walk-off?
Teyona Anderson: The only thing I was thinking going down the catwalk was, "Teyona, don't fall!" Other than that, I kept thinking, "Teyona, it's in your hand right now, but it's so easy to lose, so focus and do your hardest and try your best."
TVGuide.com: How about the final leg of runway where you guys got greased up and started writhing around on the catwalk?...

With all signs pointing to wide-eyed Allison Harvard coming out the winner of cycle 12 of America's Next Top Model, it came as quite the surprise when Teyona Anderson took the coveted title. "I was surprised. I thought it was going to be Allison," Teyona tells us. "The judges loved her so much. It feels good [to win]. It's [just] hitting me now." It was a hard final stretch for the model, though. "I think the last episode, when we did our commercial, I didn't feel like I could do it anymore," she admits. "I just felt the pressure of the competition. That's when everything hit me, like I need to do great if I want to be in the final two. I felt as though I could do it still,...

From 13 contestants Tyra Banks and co. have wilted it down to three and finally one. Teyona Anderson, a 20-year-old loss prevention rep from Woodstown, NJ. is the crowned "America's Next Top Model" cycle 12.
Teyona had to battle it out with Allison and Aminat in the semi final, doing a commercial ad for CoverGirl lipstick. Teyona in particular was not smooth in delivering her lines and she tend to forget them. But the judges thought that Teyona has more fabulous photos compared to Aminat, and admitted her to the final two along with Allison.
Then Teyona and Allison shot the cover for Seventeen magazine before then walking on the Rosa Cha fashion show bizarre runway. Jay Manuel told them to use the Samba movement, fierce walk and crawling during the show. In the final outing, the girls were covered in black oil and they had to go down on hands and...

With Celia being the latest kicked-out contestant of "America's Next Top Model", three remain to steal the crown next week. Aminat, Allison and Teyona will face the CoverGirl challenge in the finale and only two will strut their moves in the show's "most provocative" runways.
On the Wednesday, May 6 episode, Celia was in the bottom two along with Aminat. The judges were complaining of Celia's old look which could be a problem when she has to do the cover for Seventeen magazine. So they admitted Aminat in, with the warning that she has got to work it in the photo shoots.
The finale for the 12th cycle will air on Wednesday, May 13. They have to complete their CoverGirl commercial before one is eliminated. Then, the two finalists shoot their Seventeen magazine cover, and show the judges their fiercest moves when they, literally, crawl down the final runway.

One more girl is sent home on "America's Next Top Model". Sandra was the last to be called in the judging room, after standing side by side to Celia. Tyra Banks reasoned that Sandra has been taking "profile shots" all throughout the competition and the last one was not that great.
Sandra, not a favorite within her mates, was hugged on her way out and Tyra advised her to work on the poses. The 19-year-old was mad that she was sent home and vowed to keep modeling after the show because she believed she has a personality.
In the sixth week, the girls were challenged by making expressions with their faces. Jay Manuel brought his friend Beth Stern to guide the models in this session. Sandra in particular did not impress Jay who thought that she was falling out of the competition. Natalia won the challenge and she got an...
