Syfy has finalized its summer plans. Three days after announcing a June 15 premiere for the final season of 12 Monkeys, the NBCUniversal cable net has slated dates for the new seasons of its genre dramas Wynonna Earp and Killjoys along with the last Sharknado movie.
Season 3 of Wynonna Earp, starring Melanie Scrofano, will launch at 9 Pm Friday, July 20, followed at 10 by the launch of space opera Killjoys’ fourth season. The postapocalptic/time-traveling Sharknado 6 will attack at 8 Pm Sunday, August 19. The cheeky and toothy franchise-ender will cap the net’s Sharknado Week (August 12-19), which also will include such swimmer bait as Deep Blue Sea 2, Nightmare Shark and 6-Headed Shark Attack.

The network said today the 11-episode season will run over the course of four weeks, with three episodes airing from 8-11 Pm Fridays beginning June 15, culminating in a two-part finale from 9-11 Pm Friday, July 6.
