In case you couldn’t tell from the above photo, CBS’ new medical drama Code Black is all about controlled chaos. Angels Memorial Hospital is frantic, intense and overwhelming.
With an influx of patients so great, there often aren’t enough resources to treat them — a situation known as “code black” — there’s no time for hooking up in the on-call room. An attending even tells two bickering docs, “If nobody’s taking their clothes off, I need you both on the floor now.”

It’s been a week since Revenge put the cap on the red Sharpie for good with its series finale, but just because the show has ended doesn’t mean that people have stopped talking about it. In fact, many of the twists and turns in the Revenge finale have been the cause for much discussion on the internet, and one scene in particular has gotten Emily Thorne (or should I say Amanda Clarke?) herself to speak out about it. The scene in question is Emily’s dream sequence in the finale in which she receives Victoria’s heart. And while Revenge showrunner Sunil Nayar and series star Madeline Stowe have both given somewhat vague answers regarding it (with Nayar specifically calling it “a fun question for the audience to toy with…a bizarrely theoretical cliffhanger, which I hope inspires conversation”), Emily VanCamp has now clarified exactly what happened: Emily...

Not a fan of happy endings? Then you probably shouldn’t have watched the Sunday, May 10 series finale of Revenge. After four seasons of red Sharpies, colossal takedowns, conniving cocktail parties, and pun-tastic dialogue, Amanda Clarke (Emily VanCamp) and her bartending honey Jack Porter (Nick Wechsler) literally rode off into the sunset. Well, the world now knows Emily Thorne is really Amanda Clarke, but that's just the beginning. (Is it the beginning of the end for the series? Maybe. All the flashbacks in "Exposure" certainly make it feel like it could be Revenge's last season.) While Victoria gathers evidence of Amanda's actions as Emily, thanks to Louise changing sides, Amanda has to do some damage control of her own, and that means giving an interview about what she's done.
If you somehow missed an episode or two (or five or 10) at any point, it's very likely that all the flashbacks and "Exposure" itself caught you up within the span of a few scenes. There are flashbacks to Amanda's childhood, with David and Jack and Sammy, flashbacks to "Emily" first coming to the Hamptons, to her and Nolan teaming up, to Emily putting Victoria in the mental institution, to Aiden's murder, to everything.

Still recovering from Jack Porter getting a DUI during last week's episode of "Revenge"? The feeling is mutual, but we have some good news: Emily Thorne is here to save the day (and hopefully encourage Jack to stop staring woefully at sea glass in his free time). This professional revenger is out for blood now that Margaux LeMarchal has messed with her childhood sweetheart, but let's just say things don't go according to plan.... Unless the plan is utter and complete devastation, that is.
Jack Gets A Social Worker, Nolan Gets A Date
It's somewhat ironic to see Jack in prison considering that he was a policeman about five minutes ago (his life is literally the most depressing thing ever), and as you might expect he's devastated. Fortunately, Em flies in Jack's lawyer mother who gets him out of the slammer -- and thank God because apparently poor Baby Carl...

Fans of Revenge might have thought the show was going to run out of steam once it seemed like everyone knew Emily Thorne was actually Amanda Clarke. But now in its fourth season, the ABC nighttime soap is executing some of its best twists yet, many of them thanks to the return of presumed dead David Clarke, played by James Tupper.
Originally inadvertently pitted against his daughter, David is now one of her most consistent allies and seemingly safe from danger with the death of Malcolm Black, season four's main antagonist. But is he truly safe? And will he once again struggle with the desire for revenge against Victoria?...

If you thought Revenge was going to take things slow following the death of Malcolm Black, you clearly don’t know this show very well. Sunday’s episode — the last new hour until March 8, if you can believe it — reminded us just how chaotic life in the Hamptons can be, even without a psychotic killer on the loose.
Let’s start with Nolan and Louise’s wedding reception, an appropriately over-the-top affair which was nearly derailed when Emily used an ancient Japanese trick (or whatever) to help Louise remember she did kill her father, just as “Penelope Dreadful” revealed in last week’s episode.

This week's episode of "Revenge" was amazing for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the fact that David now has a scruffy goatee (good god no), Victoria's found herself a new enemy, and -- most importantly -- Kim Richards guest starred. That's the Kim Richards, everyone's favorite turtle-obsessed reality star from "Real Housewives of Beverley Hills." We are not worthy. Of course there are plenty of other story lines from the episode that we can't wait to sink our teeth into, so check out our recap of "Revenge" right here, right now.
Emily Helps Unlock Louise's Memory, Remains Revengey While Doing So
Important news: Nolan is now a married man. Yep, this jaunty fellow tied the knot with Louise Ellis, and you know what that means: time to throw a party. Louise and Nolan might not be in love, but they love the idea of mixing business...

Did Louise kill her father when she was 13? Well, that's what Nolan sets out to find out in this Revenge episode, "Kindred," and the truth proves that Louise, despite how things appeared when she was first introduced this season, is not the one who needs an express ticket to Claremont.
Meanwhile, Emily has to face how she feels about the possibility of being Amanda Clarke again when her father gives her a late birthday gift, Margaux continues to plan to take Emily down and Ben doesn't give up when it comes to Emily.

Jack Porter: Good father, great eye candy, terrible policeman.
The Hamptons’ second pluckiest rookie — Ben is obviously No. 1 — thought he was saving the day on Sunday’s Revenge, anonymously submitting the flash drive containing Malcolm Black’s criminal exploits to the police, but it turns out he only made things worse. Much worse.
Malcolm was released due to “lack of evidence,” which further fueled his rage — rage that he then directed towards Emily, whom he now knows to be Amanda Clarke. Two tranquilizer shots brought Em and Victoria to their knees, while a menacing Malcolm stood over them. (“Night night” has never sounded so terrifying.

What does one do after (presumably) killing a police chief? Well, if you're Malcolm Black on Revenge, you pay the person who was working with your daughter a visit at home, unsubtly threaten his son and then cap it all off with a couple of tranq darts at a lighthouse.
That's not all that happens in "Madness," an episode that lives up to its title. Emily and Nolan prepare for what could be the former's farewell takedown and sit down for quite a revealing dinner with the Ellis siblings. Margaux continues to seek the truth about what happened to Daniel, a path that leads to a hospital visit. Oh, and three more people find out that Emily Thorne is really Amanda Clarke, but not from her.

Sunday’s highly anticipated Revenge death may have been a shock to viewers, but executive producer Sunil Nayar tells TVLine the plans were set in motion before Season 4 even began — and that the victim was excited to take one for the team.
“Josh [Bowman] and I spoke at the beginning of the season about the journey we wanted to take Daniel on,” Nayar explains. “He and I were on the same page, wanting to take a big swing at the end of our winter finale, and wanting to see if we could do it in a redemptive way; that moment between...

In case you need a reminder about "Revenge's" new and completely insane plot twist, David "I Miss My Facial Hair" Clarke recently announced that he was held prisoner by an illegal arms operator named Malcolm Black. Oh, and also Jack is dating a corrupt FBI agent who happens to be working for Malcolm, proving that he literally has the worst taste in women ever. Ready for more? Check out our recap -- and yes, someone most definitely dies this week.
Nolan Throws A Killer Party...In The Most Literal Way Possible
Last time we checked on Victoria, she was busy looking crazy and selling Emily out to Agent Kate Taylor. This week, she and Kate meet face to face and Victoria wastes no time implying that Emily's wealth is the key to David's debt being paid to Malcolm. The question? How long will it take Kate to figure out that Em is David's daughter?...

Another day, another episode of "Revenge" in which Emily wanders around The Hamptons harassing socialites in the name of father-daughter bonding. And speaking of fathers, it's been a few weeks since David Clarke made his zombie-like return to Long Island, and we're finally starting to learn what he's been up to -- other than growing the world's most patchy beard. This former convict has so many secrets hiding in that facial hair!
In other news, Emily and Daniel reconnected this week, and it was surprisingly sexually tense.... Call us crazy, but we think Danny might start writing poetry about his ex-wife sometime soon.
Jack Is Still A Policeman, and Other Complaints
Let's start our recap at the police station, where our favorite former sea urchin, Jack Porter, has decided to investigate Conrad Grayson's murder. In other words, Jack decides to meddle, because it's his favorite hobby ever. First, this good...

Much like a zombie, David Clarke has made his triumphant return from the dead, and is finally ready to reunite with his family. The problem? This bearded grifter has no idea that his daughter Emily Thorne (aka The Artist Formerly Known as Amanda Clarke) is alive and well! So, did Emily and David finally reunite during this week's episode of "Revenge," or did Emily spend the entire episode side-eyeing, death-glaring, and looking otherwise unhinged? Read our recap to find out! Oh, and in case you're wondering, no, David does not shave his beard, despite our collective prayers. There's only so much more we can take.
Father of Mine, Where Have You Been (You're Welcome For That Everclear Reference!)
Now that David Clarke and his questionable facial hair are in the spotlight, Victoria's freshly manicured talons are in deep. These two are all about making the populous think they're a happily reunited couple,...
