George Carlos is a Greek American screenwriter from Atlanta, Georgia currently residing in Los Angeles. He completed a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Filmmaking at The Art Institute of Atlanta and his MFA at UCLA's Graduate Screenwriting Program.
He wrote and produced a microbudget feature film called The 12 Lives of Sissy Carlyle that made its way around the film festival circuit including a featured screening at the Atlanta Film Festival.
He has also made the quarterfinals and beyond in screenwriting competitions including the Nicholl Fellowship, Austin Film Festival, Bluecat Screenwriting Competition, and Final Draft's Big Break.
