Jean-Charles is a young Canadian cinematographer, who is best known for his work with Jordan Lavery and Louis-David Jutras. He is known for his work on The Desmeules mini-series (2021) and on the CiderHouse Lacroix (2020). He is also known for his work as camera op on documentaries like Mon ami Dino and TV.
His first collaboration with Dreww media was on the Mie-Ame Bakery commercial (2019). The success of this collaboration resulted in Myrand taking over as director of photography on Dreww's projects.
Throughout the years, Jean-Charles has been pushing the limits of creativity by incorporating new lighting technologies on film sets from partners like Creative Lab and Solotech. Is that ok (2020) and Week-End (2020) were music videos for Québecor media and STE-4 that involved new LED technologies.
