This star was all smiles as she made a sunny appearance in one of her fave designers. She definitely hasn’t been shy about going for some bold looks these days. It’s about time we start breaking out the summer colors!
Vanessa Hudgens, 24, made an appearance on the The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in La on Mar. 20, where she wore a truly head-turning ensemble. The Spring Breakers star has made it clear that she’s a big fan of Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet, even turning up at the designer’s most recent presentation during New York Fashion Week — so it’s totally fitting that she wore a frock from the brand for her appearance! This look is definitely one of our faves.
Looking bronzed and beautiful, Vanessa sashayed on screen in the ‘Taryn Beaded Cap Sleeve Fitted Dress’ from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection of Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet.

Did you check out our exhaustive coverage of the Golden Globes yesterday? We’re hoping you did! We thought we’d give you a tiny break from all the information and wait till you came back refreshed. Because after any awards show, you know there’s going to be a mad after-party. One of the biggest ones that went down was the “ Warner Brothers Instyle Golden Globe Party” which seemed to be the really hot ticket for the night. Because pretty much all of young — and yes, hot — Hollywood showed up in droves. You’ll be able to see all the faces and the gorgeous dresses in our gallery below, of course. Julianne Hough wore a pink Jenny Packham gown which we far preferred to her Golden Globes Monique Lhuillier poufball. Conversely, we prefer Kelly Osbourne‘s Golden Globes Zac Posen gown to the fussy lavender dress (by the same designer) worn to this party.

Jenna Ushkowitz shined in a Jonathan Simkhai Resort 2013 dress on Tuesday in Pasadena, California. The ‘Glee’ star wore the frock as she arrived on the red carpet for the 2013 Winter TCA Fox All-Star Party at the Langham Huntington Hotel and Spa. The actress matched the Simkhai striped pleated mini dress with nude Jerome C. Rousseau shoes and Le Vian jewels. Simkhai launched his first women’s wear collection under his name in 2010. His line presents his take on sophisticated dressing for the modern, cosmopolitan woman. With gender lines blurring in fashion, Simkhai’s collection showcases this ambiguity. Simkhai takes inspiration from such fabrics as cashmere, wool, cotton and silk, [ Read More ]

Seemingly on a par with Tron Legacy: the movie is the mechanising machine surrounding it. Yet apparently this is no simple case of ‘cash-in and run’, it never was. Disney grasped the mindset of Tron from the very beginning. The name means more than product; it is a lifestyle choice.
One might assume that Disney, the entertainment behemoth who continued financing Tron creator Steven Lisberger’s ambitious digital project in 1980 would have taken over the reigns and demanded a gamut of merchandise options to make Lucasfilm weep. Not so, claims Lisberger. There was surprisingly little compromise in their creative/fiscal balancing act:
