Oh, Netflix, what have you done to us? You've given us another adolescent series that leaves us with so many questions. On the surface, Ginny & Georgia is yet another high school show reminding us that we are so happy Snapchat wasn't around when we were growing up. But rip through the frivolous layers of extracurricular activities, acronym clique names, and petty teens, and it reveals itself to be a story about a young biracial woman struggling with her identity while also touching upon self-harm, body image, and complex first sexual experiences.
In the series premiere, we meet almost-16-year-old Ginny Miller (Antonia Gentry), her gorgeous mother Georgia (Brianne Howey), and her younger brother Austin (Diesel La Torraca) as they're picking up and moving to Wellsbury, Ma. It doesn't take long before we find out that picking up and moving is nothing new to the Miller family, but things in Wellsbury feel different for them.

This piece contains spoilers for Netflix’s To All the Boys: Always and Forever.
This Valentine’s Day, Netflix concludes its To All the Boys YA romance movie trilogy, based on Jenny Han’s hit book series, with To All the Boys: Always and Forever. With high school graduation approaching, Lara Jean Song-Covey (Lana Condor) and Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) must decide whether their relationship, which began with a fake dating contract but developed into something real, can survive long distance at separate colleges.
And it’s not just the distance between Peter’s dream school of University of Virginia (Uva) and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Unc) after the latter school captures Lara Jean’s heart, as in Han’s 2017 novel Always and Forever, Lara Jean. The Netflix adaptation sets up Peter at Stanford University in California, which is already far from their hometown of Portland, Oregon...

The To All the Boys franchise has been a huge romantic comedy phenomenon over the past few years, but one thing fans have really gravitated towards is Peter and Lara Jean's romance. I, however, am not one of those fans. While I appreciate their love story as much as the next rom-com fan, I have to admit, Peter never really did it for me. Sure, he was cute and charming, but was he really deserving of Lara Jean's heart? He eventually proves worthy of her love by the end of the first film, but in the second film, I completely hopped off the Team Peter train and onto the Team John Ambrose train.
When compared to the kind, thoughtful, and sophisticated John Ambrose, Peter didn't really stand a chance in my opinion. It also didn't help that throughout the second film Peter was still not fully opening up to Lara...

It's a proposal straight out of a rom-com, which is pretty fitting for one of the stars of To All the Boys P.S. I Still Love You! Earlier today, Jordan Fisher stopped by Pop of the Morning to talk about his latest music video, "Contact," working on the Netflix romance film and his own romance story! The actor reminisced a little on his part on To All the Boys I Loved Before's sequel, in which he plays possible love interest John Ambrose across from Lana Condor, who he described as, "A beautiful, beautiful person to work with." Speaking of beautiful? Fisher got engaged to his fiancée, Ellie Woods, earlier last year, and the story of how they met and his proposal is too...

If you thought Netflix's To All the Boys I've Loved Before was cute, just wait until you see its sequel, P.S. I Still Love You. The film, based on Jenny Han's book series of the same name, premiered on Netflix on Feb. 12 and picks up right where the first one left off as Lara Jean (Lana Condor) and Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) try to navigate their new romance. However, it's not all smooth sailing as a new suitor - Lara Jean's childhood best friend John Ambrose (Jordan Fisher) - comes to shake things up after receiving one of her love letters.
In honor of the film's premise, we had Lana Condor and Jordan Fisher craft their very own love letter with a game of Mad Libs, in which they had to answer a question for each fill-in-the-blank space.

We know it's been a hot second since To All the Boys I've Loved Before first dropped on Netflix, so it's understandable if you forgot that John Ambrose McClaren in the first movie was a completely different actor from the one in the sequel. In To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, the role was played by Jordan Fisher instead of Jordan Burtchett, who was in the first film. Were the filmmakers hoping we'd just forgotten that John Ambrose showed up at Lara Jean's (Lana Condor) door with her long-lost love letter at the end of the first movie? And that we wouldn't notice that these Jordans are two very different people?
The Tatbilb filmmakers never specifically said why they chose to recast the role, and Burtchett hasn't said much on the topic either. He shared his gratitude for his fans in a lengthy Instagram post after the recasting news last year,...

In 2018 Netflix came out with an original movie based on a young-adult novel by Jenny Han called To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. It was a charming, whimsical teen rom-com that was a genuinely good film. It did very well, too, and so they’ve released a sequel, based on the sequel book by Han. Directed by Michael Fimognari (who directed the first film too) and with screenplay penned by Sofia Alvarez and J. Mills Goodloe, P.S. I Still Love You continues the story of Lara Jean, her life, her love and everything in-between.
We revisit Lara Jean, played with a sparky energy by the talented Lana Condor, who is in the early stages of a relationship with Peter (Noah Centineo) and still learning what it means to be in her first relationship.

In Netflix's P.S. I Still Love You, John Ambrose McClaren gives Peter Kavinsky stiff competition to win Lara Jean's heart. Not only is he a sweetheart, but he's also a swoon-worthy piano player (as we can see in two pretty romantic scenes in the film) - but is the actor behind the character, Jordan Fisher, really playing the instrument or just pretending?
The 25-year-old actor knew we were all wondering and let us know the truth on Twitter:
Oh and yes that was me actually playing piano. Oh and I actually wrote the letter that John Ambrose sent back to Lara Jean. Wrote, sealed, everything...

P.S. I Still Love You reunites much of the cast of To All The Boys I've Loved Before, plus adds a few new faces. The most important new addition to the franchise is, of course, Jordan Fisher as John Ambrose, but there's a surprising actor in the second installment of the series we need to point out: Dance Moms alumna and Sia favorite Maddie Ziegler.
Ziegler pops up in a lunchroom scene, telling Lara Jean to expect some Valentine's Day extravagance from boyfriend Peter Kavinsky. "Get ready, Lara Jean. Last year, Peter sent [a singing valentine] to Gen every period," she confides. Although the actress and dancer doesn't have a big part, it's a fun surprise for longtime fans to see her play a cheerleader in P.S. I Still Love You.
While her part in the Netflix favorite is more of a cameo, this is just the beginning for Ziegler's movie appearances this year.

In the new sequel To All the Boys: P.S. Though she’s now navigating a real relationship with Peter in the sequel, Lara Jean is back fantasizing about two men in her blue bedroom after John Ambrose unexpectedly reenters her life.

The sequel to Netflix's To All the Boys I've Loved Before is here, based on the second book, P.S. I Still Love You, in the trilogy written by Jenny Han! The newest film adaptation, To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, follows a very difficult decision Lara Jean (Lana Condor) must face: does she date high school jock Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) or old grade-school crush John Ambrose McLaren (Jordan Fisher)?
Before jumping to the movie, remember that the adaptation can't be an exact replica of the Ya novel. For instance, in the movie To All the Boys I've Loved Before, a steamy video clip of Lara Jean and Peter making out in a hot tub on the infamous ski trip goes viral on social media, but in the trilogy series, that actually doesn't happen until the second book. It's safe to say the first movie was a huge success,...

Whatever you do, don’t ask “To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You” star Lana Condor if she’s Team Peter or Team John Ambrose.
“This question keeps me up at night. It does,” Condor told Variety of the love triangle her character, Lara Jean, finds herself in the sequel to Netflix’s teen rom-com “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.”
In “P.S. I Still Love You,” Lara Jean is officially coupled up with Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo), until John Ambrose McLaren (Jordan Fisher) — a childhood crush and recipient of one of Lara Jean’s love letters from the first film — re-emerges.
“I think Peter challenges Lara Jean,” Condor said. “It’s easy with John Ambrose, but Peter challenges her. So, I’m like, I feel like it’s Peter, but John Ambrose is probably “end game.” He’s husband material.”

It's safe to say that we all need a breather after experiencing the emotional roller coaster that is Netflix's To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You. The sequel adaptation of Jenny Han's novel follows the push-and-pull romance of Lara Jean Covey (Lana Condor) and Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) that officially blossomed at the end of 2018's To All the Boys I've Loved Before. They seem to be happy, but Lara becomes increasingly self-conscious about her lack of dating experience. To make matters worse, she continuously compares herself to Peter's ex, Gen (Emilija Baranac), who's also Lara's best friend-turned-enemy. Despite Peter picking her over Gen, Lara can't help but think the former lovers still share a special bond that keeps her from being good enough for Peter.
In comes John Ambrose, one of Lara's love letter recipients. After replying to Lara's message with a heartfelt note,...

On the heels of “Parasite’s” history-making Oscar win, it’s hard to imagine that just 18 months earlier, Hollywood had a crazy rich awakening. Although Asians had long been present in American movies, they were rarely treated as central characters — and even less often as romantic leads. And then suddenly that summer, 2018’s Singapore-set “Crazy Rich Asians” showed that audiences weren’t as hung up on race as the studios seem to have thought.

We've been impatiently waiting for To All the Boys: P.S. Lana Condor reprises her starring role as Lara Jean Song Covey in “To All the Boys: P.S. The sequel to Netflix’s “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” has made some significant changes behind the scenes from the first movie, but switching out one of Lara Jean’s love interests has caused quite an uproar. Talented actor, dancer, and singer Jordan Fisher has been cast as the charming John Ambrose, a move that has created mixed feelings for fans.
In the first film, Lara Jean Covey’s (Lana Condor) childhood love letters that she had no intention of mailing get leaked to her five crushes during her junior year in high school. She eventually ends up dating one of the boys, Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo), but during the end credits, John Ambrose (Jordan Burtchett) shows up on her doorstep with one of the incriminating letters.
Fisher’s casting is a surprise for fans who had expected Burtchett to reprise his role as John Ambrose, a potential rival for Peter.

Lara Jean has a new boy in her life, or maybe it would be more accurate to say she's got an old boy back in her life. The To All the Boys I've Loved Before sequel has officially found its John Ambrose, Aka the last boy who got a love letter from Lara Jean (Lana Condor). She met him in Model Un, and while we saw a boy claiming to be John Ambrose at the end of the first movie, the second movie is going in a different direction—the direction of Jordan Fisher. Fisher is a Disney Channel alum who won season 25 of Dancing with the Stars and recently starred as Mark in Fox's Rent Live(ish), and now he'll be playing the fifth boy who stole Lara Jean's heart, and might turn out to be some...

After the credits for To All the Boys I've Loved Before start to roll, the Netflix rom-com slips in an extra scene that hints at what's to come for Lara Jean: the reappearance of one of her childhood crushes, John Ambrose McClaren. Despite assuming that the letter Kitty secretly sent to him got lost in the mail, he shows up on the Covey family's doorstep with a bouquet and Lara Jean's letter, seemingly ready to profess his love. Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo) better watch out.
Now that we know the upcoming sequel to the film is officially in the works - which is tentatively being called To All the Boys I've Loved Before 2 (the second book in Jenny Han's bestselling series is titled P.S. I Still Love You) - you might be wondering how the new character fits into Lara Jean's life, but also who's going to play him.

Lara Jean Covey and Peter Kavinksy might’ve gotten a happy ending in To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before — but that doesn’t mean they won’t face any trouble later on.
