- While living in Texas, Lindsey was an extra in a superbowl commercial for Prilosec heartburn medication. She never actually appeared on screen. The crowd scene looked uneven and producers decided to replace many of the extras with cardboard cutouts. While watching the crew film cardboard, she met another actress who later collaborated with her on the short "Blind Date." It was a comedy.
- Represented Texas as one of 10 national finalists in a "Film Fanatic" jingle singing competition to be the voice of Loews movie theaters. The jingle is "thank you for coming to Loews, sit back relax and enjoy the show."
- Has 2 graduate degrees in International Relations and took a seminar with the former foreign minister of Australia during her Masters at University of Melbourne. Graduated with high distinction.

- Sole founder of the Connect Film Festival in Australia and the USA, an IMDb listed event. Connect now has team members in three cities (Melbourne Australia, Los Angeles and Austin Texas), and is a filmmaker's community designed as a "pre-production hub" that connects actors and crew over a celebration of existing work, with an eye towards creating future work. 2016 marks the 5th Connect Film Festival, this time in Melbourne Australia. Screening hubs and events continue in Los Angeles and Austin.
