Paramore's Jeremy Davis is looking at the world through brand new eyes -- those of a father! The bass player and his wife, Kathryn Camsey, welcomed their first child on Dec. 28, he announced via Twitter. "So, everyone...Mine and @kittykatdav's baby girl has been born!" Davis wrote on Tuesday, Dec. 31, along with a photo of the little bundle of joy with her mom and dad. "She doesn't have a name yet but weighs 6 lbs, 14 ounces." He added, "She was born on Dec. 28th at 7:16pm...She's [...]...

New York — Hayley Williams of Paramore said joining rapper B.o.B on the hip-hop groove "Airplanes" helped her band realize they needed to take more chances.
The monster jam sold more than 4 million tracks and was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2011. Williams said the song's success came at a perfect time: Two of the members of Paramore left the group, and the newly formed trio began work on their fourth album and wanted to expand beyond their signature punk-rock sound.
"Our fans were so into it, I felt like (B.o.B's) fans were into it and ... I just realized it's good to take risks," the bright-haired 24-year-old singer said in a recent interview. "And I think that (it) kind of really fell into place at the right time because when it came time to write this record, it was all about taking risks and following what we...

Paramore is officially back. After years of conflict and drama within the rock band, Paramore has released a music video for the latest single, "Now" -- take a look above.
"Now" is the first single off of the band's upcoming self-titled album. The music video premiered on MTV on Monday night.
Paramore, now made up of Hayley Williams, Jeremy Davis, and Taylor York, lost founding members Josh and Zac Farro in 2010 when the brothers decided to leave the band. "Paramore" is the group's first album without the Farro brothers.
The new music video nods to the conflict with a military theme, showing singer Williams braving a chaotic battlefield.
"Paramore" hits stores on April 9.

Since forming in 2004, Paramore have become one of the front runners for alternative rock music. Led by flame-haired vocalist Hayley Williams, Paramore have three albums and a number of tours under their belt. After taking some time off, Paramore are back with a self-titled album set to be released later this year and new single 'Now', which has just dropped on Radio 1. With that in mind, Digital Spy takes a closer look at the American rockers. 1. The road to Paramore began in 2002 when a 13-year-old Hayley Williams moved to Franklin, Tennessee and met brothers Josh and Zac Farro. Williams was part of a funk cover band, The Factory, with bassist Jeremy Davis, and these four teamed up and went on to officially form Paramore in 2004. 2. Prior to Paramore, Williams took vocal lessons with Brett Manning. Manning has also worked (more)...

When Emmy nominations are announced, the conversation tends to turn immediately to those who were snubbed. This year, though, on Thursday morning when the Academy released its nominees list, there was a refreshing reason to celebrate: Jason Ritter snagged a first-time nomination for his guest-starring role as Mark Cyr on the criminally underrated "Parenthood."
Ritter tells Zap2it that, as a longtime part of the television community, he tends to be aware of Emmy nomination morning, mostly, he says, so that he can check on his friends and send congratulatory texts. Today, hough, he'd completely forgotten about the announcements -- which made for a rather unnerving morning.
"This is the first time that I've completely forgotten that it was this morning. There was no part of my brain that was like, 'Oh, someone's calling me at 6 a.m.! It might be that!' My first thought was that it was...

Less than six months ago, Paramore said they were determined to have more fun while recording their fourth studio album .
Well, so much for that.
On Wednesday, singer Hayley Williams gave fans a long-awaited update on the band's still-untitled effort, which, from the sounds of it, has not been much of a party so far.
"I've never known what it's like to be home for more than a few weeks at a time that absolutely nothing is going on," wrote Williams in a lengthy post in which she decried how quickly time flies. "The only thing I could think about was if we could snap our fingers and make the 4th album happen so that the next time I looked up, we'd be back on a stage somewhere and not sitting around at home.

Strap on your Stetsons because FX's Emmy-winning hit Justified is returning on Jan. 17 for a third season. It's been far too long since we've checked in with sarcastic law man Raylan Givens and watching the first four episodes I realized how good it felt to be back in the saddle again with the show.
Last season focused on the unfurling dreams of the Bennett clan lead by the dangerously good Margo Martindale as matriarch Mags. Throughout the season, Martindale's performance as Mags became such a standout that losing her by season's end was as much a tragedy for the show as in the show. Fittingly the ghost of Mags lives on in the third season, still haunting the lives of our favorite Harlan County residents.
Season three starts off on a great foot and hints at some further twisty complications down the road. For starters, Raylan has a whole lot...

Hayley Williams has revealed that she thought guitarist Taylor York would quit Paramore. The frontwoman explained that she was expecting York to follow former members Josh Farro and Zac Farro, who left the band in December last year. Paramore have since continued as a three-piece with Williams, York and bassist Jeremy Davis. "When Josh and Zac were leaving, me and Taylor weren't close at all at that point," she told Alt Press. "Me and Jeremy were always pretty tight through the last few years. But I was pretty sure that it was just going to be me and Jeremy. I was really scared Taylor was going to leave too."
