We've reported, for some time, that Jena Malone was cast as Barbara Gordon in Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice. We've also discussed the fact that her work was cut from the theatrical version of the film. Since Barbara, daughter of Commissioner Gordon, is known for becoming both Batgirl and eventually Oracle in the books, there's been some question as to how she was actually going to be used in the film.
A film blogger by the name of Al Gorosito is now reporting that it's very impossible that not only was she slated to appear in her Batgirl form in the film, but that she actually was in the movie- hidden in plain sight, right under our noses. One of his readers sent in the following photo, which purports to show Batgirl fighting alongside Ben Affleck's Dark Knight in the Batman V Superman's "Knightmare" sequence:

Watch Nightwing dressed up as Batman team up with Batwoman to battle off a horde of Nunjas (Ninja Nuns) in one of two new clips that have been released for DC Entertainment’s animated film Batman: Bad Blood. The scene features the two “[encountering] a fortress heavily guarded by well-armed nuns.” It’s pretty damn entertaining to watch them beat the living hell out of these nuns. The second clip shows Batwing, Batwoman, Nightwing, and Robin dropping in to take on the bad guys.
When Batman goes missing, it will take the entire Bat “family” – including new additions Batwoman and Batwing – to keep the peace in Gotham City and unravel the mystery behind the Dark Knight’s disappearance in Batman: Bad Blood.
The voice cast features Yvonne Strahovski as Katherine Kane / Batwoman, Gaius Charles as Luke Fox / Batwing, Jason O'Mara as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Stuart Allan as Damian Wayne / Robin, Sean Maher as Dick Grayson / Nightwing,...

Gotham Season 1, Episode 3 ‘The Balloonman’
Written by John Stephens
Directed by Dermott Downs
Airs Mondays at 8pm Et on Fox
Last week, Gotham explored the crime and corruption of the Gotham City government. On this week’s episode, “The Balloonman,” we are presented with the first signs of retaliation against that rising corruption, in the form of a homicidal vigilante. The vigilante hero is an important aspect of the Batman mythology, and it’s surprising that the show would address it so early on in the series without Wayne behind the mask, but the show does add its own twist by making this vigilante hero more like a villain than a savior. This episode also continues to dole out plot threads from last week’s episode without really adding too much, other than more tension. The building tension continues to rise up until the end of the episode, wherein things...
