Nick Viall on ‘Disappointing’ Corinne Questions and Which Bachelor Lady He Can’t Stop Thinking About
He was devastated twice on The Bachelorette and had a summer fling on Bachelor in Paradise, and now Nick Viall is looking to find a love that lasts as The Bachelor‘s latest leading man. Read his exclusive blog for People every week and follow him at Twitter, @viallnicholas28!
Hey guys, so we’re back this week and coming off a pretty honest conversation with Vanessa. The pool party had been going great, but clearly took a turn when the women saw Corinne and me in the bounce castle.
It is disappointing to hear so many of the women question Corinne.

From #BouncyHouseGate to #NapGate, Corinne continues to bring the drama on this season of The Bachelor.
The Bachelor Season 21 Episode 4 brought Nick and his girlfriends from La to Wisconsin, but that didn't stop the show from being all about Corinne.
The girls are (understandably) upset that Nick decided to makeout with Corinne in the bouncy house, and Vanessa confronts him about it. It's safe to say she might be the most mature person to ever appear on this franchise. Nick
If you're here to find a wife, that's me. If you're not here to find a wife, I'm happy to give the rose back.

From Backstreet to Bumbletown, The Bachelor star Nick Viall is bucking the trend of late-season hometowns by ferrying his remaining ladies to Wisconsin for cheese curds and Packers sadness.
It's hard to believe that a trip down memory lane celebrating the joys of '90s boy bands and a Power Pad-style track-and-field competition for hot tub time is giving way to a place called Waukesha. I mean, who the hell is Chris Lane? You're telling me 98 Degrees is busy? Show me the meaning of being lonely, indeed.

On Friday afternoon's Martin Bashir show, guest host Joy Reid led a discussion of the conservative media's attempt to promote crimes with white victims as analogous to the Trayvon Martin killing, the latest example being the senseless murder of Australian Chris Lane by three black teenagers, one of whom was actually white. Guest Heather McGhee of Demos.org pointed out the uplifting story of Antoinette Tuff, who miraculously talked down a white school shooter in Georgia this week, and claimed that Fox News "hasn't exactly been wall-to-wall" in covering Tuff's heroism.

Is race a factor in the Chris Lane murder story? That's a question commentators have been trying to answer all week with Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh saying yes and Bill O'Reilly joining liberal pundits in saying no. "Is it because two of the three alleged killers here were black, therefore it must be a race crime?" Piers Morgan asked his guests Thursday night.

Bill O'Reilly brought Geraldo Rivera on The O'Reilly Factor Thursday night to help him examine what caused three Oklahoma teens to allegedly murder Australian Chris Lane. "The collapse of the family is leading to horror all over this country," O'Reilly said. "Each one of these kids have dysfunctional families, it's a chaotic situation, and they act out by killing this poor 22-year-old guy."...

The bone-chilling murder of 22 year-old Chris Lane, an Australian attending college in the U.S. on a baseball scholarship, has been taken up by the conservative media as some sort of rejoinder to the killing of Trayvon Martin. At Wednesday's White House daily briefing, Fox News' Ed Henry asked Principal Deputy White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest about the case, and like his "opinion-side" colleagues at Fox and Friends, misidentified the suspects as "three African American young men," when one of the suspects is, in fact, a 17 year-old white male.

Filling in for Martin Bashir Wednesday, MSNBC's Joy Reid attempted to figure out why of the 11,000 shooting deaths that occur in this country, do only a handful of them "capture the media's--and thus the public's--attention." After Newtown, Aurora and Trayvon Martin, Reid sees the media paying extra attention to the apparently random shooting of Australian Chris Lane by three "bored" Oklahoma teenagers and the narrowly avoided catastrophe at a Georgia elementary school.

Just one hour after MSNBC's Joy Reid examined the right's attempts to make the Chris Lane shooting a "racial" issue, Fox News' The Five took on the left for making it about guns. Eric Bolling wondered "how long before one of these bozos on the left starts pointing the finger at the NRA," before Bob Beckel jumped in with, "I'll do it right now."...

Fox and Friends and The Daily Caller have each posited the Chris Lane killing as illustrating some sort of "double standard" by black leaders like Rev. Al Sharpton, Rev. Jesse Jackson, and President Barack Obama, but in the process, each of them falsely reported that Lane was shot by "three black teens," when one of the suspects is clearly a white male. A Duncan, Oklahoma police source confirms, to Mediaite, that 17 year-old suspect Michael Jones is, indeed, a white male.
