Mission Majnu is a thriller movie directed by Shantanu Bagchi starring Sidharth Malhotra, Rashmika Mandanna and Parmeet Sethi. It is written by Parveez Sheikh, Aseem Arora and Sumit Batheja. You can watch it on Netflix from January 20.
Mission Majnu is a Bollywood film for those first time viewers with its songs, sentimental characters and colorful, rhythmic vision in an action thriller.
This movie is in its original Hindi, so you need to take that into account.
Spies, intrigue, thriller and melodrama in this production with a political backdrop.
About the Movie Mission Majnu
We warn you: this movie promises more action in the tráiler than which it delivers later in the movie. However, it is entertaining… it uses a plot and treatment that is more or less lightweight at the beginning and transforms it into a more “serious” movie of political intrigue that gradually morphs into drama and even melodrama.

Hindi-language “Maja Ma,” starring Bollywood icon Madhuri Dixit Nene, is the first of many Indian original films from Amazon Prime Video, Aparna Purohit, the head of India originals for the streamer, has revealed.
The film is a Prime Video commission, as opposed to an acquisition. “We have been acquiring films, we have been putting films straight on our service and over the last two years, we put almost 60 films out and we also bought into co-productions. Producing our own films was the next logical step,” Purohit told Variety.
Next up are films in the Telugu and Tamil languages, with films in Malayalam and Kannada being explored. “We want to tell stories that are truly rooted in our soil, stories that are compelling, that are differentiated, in the hands of very passionate creators – story being the starting point for every decision. That’s the strategy,” said Purohit. “And we want to...

Which seems a pity considering how sorted and lovely the wives, played by Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani seem to be. But this is not their story. This is story of a father, the son and their unholy dost, played by scenestealer Manish Paul. Every time Paul is on the prowl he takes over the screen.
There is an instantly amusing slightly risque sequence where Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani are about to make love after months of silent warring. Manish...
