Webber has built a career specializing in representing digital talent and commercializing the podcasting industry. She has managed and closed deals for talent including Gemma Styles, Tom Felton, and James Buckley "In Sickness and In Health", as well as launching the F1 podcast “Pitstop.”
Webber will join WME from independent content production company Spirit Studios where she served as Head of Digital. She previously worked at talent agency Gleam Futures for six years where she was Talent Director and Podcast Lead. A member of the Global Academy Industry Board, Webber has consulted for talent agencies, providing strategic growth advice and training for entry- and senior-level agents.

Lionsgate Sound will launch its first companion podcast with a six-part podcast series in connection to Fox Nation’s “Jussie Smollett: Anatomy of a Hoax,” TheWrap can exclusively reveal.
“Attacking Jussie,” which launches March 13 on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, will feature exclusive interviews with Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo, the brothers hired by the former “Empire” actor to attack and stage a hate crime against him as they share their point of view for the first time in both the series and the podcast.
Hosted by Lionsgate Sound’s Charlie Webster, who also executive produces the podcast, the brothers will elaborate on the planning that went behind the hoax as the docuseries breaks down Smollett’s multi-step plans for faking the hate crime that generated outrage from the masses and public expressions of support prominent political figures, including Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.

The company launched a new division called Lionsgate Sound, which will operate as a full-service podcast production company, handling titles for the studio’s film and television business while also overseeing projects for third-party clients.

The 36-year-old Irish actor, known for his role as Tom Branson on the award-winning PBS drama series, is engaged to actress Jessica Blair Herman (American Crime Story, Fresh Off the Boat).
“Happy Valentine’s Day @jessicablairherman,” Leech wrote on Instagram Wednesday, captioning a selfie of the two.
“First one as a fiancé!” he added, breaking the news of their engagement. “Thank you for saying yes and for making me the happiest.”
In case fans were curious, Leech made it clear he didn’t pop the question on the romantic holiday.
